Special shout out to Ashish for going above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Incredible rooms with a bathtub in the bedroom in addition to the separate bathroom, clean luxurious and comfortable. The food downstairs is incredible, not your usual hotel food but excellent in its own right and very popular with the locals as a result! Huge portions of delicious food at great value. Creme brulee croissant was the best sweet pastry I have ever had. Thank you to the team for a great stay you were all lovely!

Great location, just a short walk to Rundle Mall. Staff were always polite and helpful. The Rooms were spacious and clean, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. The only gripe I had was the noise from the street and the air conditioner. I stayed during the week so the Hindle’s street noise wasn’t too bad, I could imagine it being worse on a weekend. Other than that, everything else was comfortable.

Would not hesitate to book again!!! Liked · Location - perfect. Easy walk to Hindley Street Music Hall, Rundell Hall and Central Markets Room - the room was lovely, king bed comfy lounge chairs and clean bathroom. There was even a pillow menu. Cocktails - Happy hour, great Margarita. Staff - reception the lovely lady on the evening of the 25th/26th of January was very nice and so helpful. Room Service - first night dinner in room. Good service. Disliked · The bed was a little firm for me, but nothing that stopped sleeping. There is a little bright green light/sensor on the wall above aircon power, it glows in the dark and throws far too much light into the room. Needs to be covered.

The location was very central with easy access to good shopping. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfy. The TV was a smart TV so we could log into our own streaming services. The pool area was good but very slippery and because of that children are not allowed to play much around the pool but are welcome to just stay in the water.

A great hotel with good facilities. Really enjoyed the pool/spa/sauna/gym Wasn’t sure at first about the location, a not so nice part of town but soon realised it was in a very central area, close to everything. Very comfy and clean room
