Love this place. Staff are fantastic, nothing is too much for them. Rooms are clean and spacious ( the ones I have been in). The breakfast set up is good and the room service is very good. I love staying there.

Very happy with our wedding and 2 nights stay in the spa room. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern, with 2 person shower and a spa bath. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond in their duties. They really helped to make our wedding a success. Claire was the coordinator and planner behind all the organising of the wedding, and she really does her job well. Thanks again for making our night a memorable one and we will be back again

Firstly no restaurant open on Sunday night, I mean it’s 2025 and in a main city…..not good at all for a Rydges hotel. Secondly walls are very thin, you can hear people chatting quietly in their rooms but word for word! I have travelled the world and been to many poor countries and certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all and it doesn’t deserve 4 stars!

We stayed at the Rydges while we exhibited at the 4WD Adventure Show and it was the perfect location! We didn't need to catch a taxi anywhere all weekend as it's in such a convenient spot and only a 10 minute walk from the showgrounds. Service and facilities were top notch and we're very impressed with our experience. We'll be back!

Fairly dated old building, rooms were clean and tidy , technology- as in TVs worked very well. Buffet breakfast was average at best. Food in the restaurant was fantastic.
