We have just spent 11 nights here and it was fantastic. Staff were so friendly no matter where you were. At reception, in the cafe or receiving room service. The chefs are lovely and friendly as well. Beds were lovely as were the pillows. Had great specials with $25 for the buffet breakfast if you pre paid. A lunch special as well as happy hour and a cocktail of the week. Roughly a 15 minute drive from the airport. IGA is a 15 minute walk. Lovely park on the other side of the street. Food was fantastic from both the cafe and the room service. Only 7 floors including the reception floor.
The overall experience was good. However I would not go back, as there other places offering better accommodation, facilities and service. Restaurant service was super poor, food was average at best. The person at reception couldn't be less helpful if he tried.
Can’t fault the place, we stayed at the Rydges for 6 nights for the cricket, rooms were perfectly fine and quiet, always got a good nights rest! Nice bar at the top with decent views, can recommend the gin and tonics :) and lovely coffee in the morning. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good. staff were very friendly and attentive, huge shout out and thank you 🙏 to Qasim who went beyond the call of duty helping me try and resolve a particularly stressful banking issue that occurred back home in England. I cannot thank him enough. Would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Adelaide
Very happy with our wedding and 2 nights stay in the spa room. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern, with 2 person shower and a spa bath. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond in their duties. They really helped to make our wedding a success. Claire was the coordinator and planner behind all the organising of the wedding, and she really does her job well. Thanks again for making our night a memorable one and we will be back again
We are loving our stay. We stopped by to see if they had a room to stay and Qasim went above and beyond to give us the best care and made us feel well looked after, we couldn’t fault his service. The Spa Suit is clean and smells great and the amenities are fantastic. 👍🏼 checked out the pool and spa and we will be putting that to use! Definitely recommend to anyone!
