We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant as well as the breakfast. Food was lovely and plentiful. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Our negative experience was the noise coming from above our room. It sounded like someone was dragging a chair across a tiled floor. I spoke to reception and was told there was only a vacant room above us. I contacted reception again and said the noise was consistent. They said they would have to get maintenance to look into it on Monday. The noise really made it difficult to enjoy a sleep. We actually bought ear plugs. Don’t book a room the 4th floor.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t look special. But the room are newly renovated. The shower is nice and hot. The beds are comfy. We had an event here too and the event room has a beautiful view, a dance floor and a bar attached. Breakfast was also delicious and they have cold press juices.

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked a twin room with a park view and balcony but were initially given a much smaller room overlooking the car park. Although we were moved to the correct room the following night, the hotel refused to offer any compensation despite the mistake being theirs. To make matters worse, housekeeping threw away a bag of expensive chocolates we had left in the room. Between the incorrect room allocation, poor handling of the situation, and loss of our belongings, this was not the experience we expected and unfortunately left us with a very negative impression of the hotel. I hope management improves how issues like these are handled in the future.

Very happy with our wedding and 2 nights stay in the spa room. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern, with 2 person shower and a spa bath. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond in their duties. They really helped to make our wedding a success. Claire was the coordinator and planner behind all the organising of the wedding, and she really does her job well. Thanks again for making our night a memorable one and we will be back again

Overall I would actually give this a 4.5 stars…….The only big fault that I have with this place as a personal trainer, is your gym is a glorified walk in wardrobe……one spin bike and one normal bike, with and all in one Lat pull/built in bench with cables in a small triangular room……..not even a treadmill or free weights? We chose to run around the city/river Torrens and park across the road but one morning the weather wasn’t great and would have loved a treadmill to run on, just a basic piece of gym equipment that would actually be utilised. Room was lovely and clean, we had a balcony that over looked the “Dead centre of town!” HaHa 😂 it also overlooked the corner of the nice park. All jokes aside if was still lively to have a balcony that we could sit on. Looking at this hotel whichever view or room you choose the city view rooms at night time where lovely as the pool had these views, so you should be happy with all views. Being the corner room we were right by the intersection but the doors and windows were very well insulated as unless it was an ambulance or someone with very loud music we slept well. We went up for happy hour each day and the views on level 6 were magical! Nice cocktails and lovely bartender 🍸🍹 Pool was lovely and so was the spa! Was a busy weekend there but the spa is big enough for at least 8 adults comfortably. Breakfast was nice every morning. Chef was always happy to make us poached eggs. As someone with allergies this is the first hotel I’ve been to in a long time that had no dairy free milk and butter alternatives but in saying that they had a good variety of options and a great juice selection. The staff aside from the Chef were maybe the least friendly of all the staff in the facility. Front reception staff were all lovely and more than happy to help. Offered us Easter Eggs on the first day. Couldn’t fault them. Also if you choose to go green they offer a $10 food and beverage voucher.
