Our Botanical room splits into 3 equal sections named Acacia, Wattle & Banksia. These can be combined as the full Botanical space, used separately or use two combined. With large windows and plenty of natural light, the Acacia function room is excellent for corporate events, such as seminars, training sessions, workshops, interviews, and client meetings. This venue can accommodate up to 20 guests in a boardroom style setup, and up to 45 guests in a theatre or cocktail style setup. Acacia can be combined with Wattle or Banksia to accommodate larger events, or Parkview Deck, a covered outdoor area perfect for cocktail parties and catering breaks.

Booked a room with breakfast included .. was accused of trying to get a free breakfast, she didn’t check her paper work and kept asking my daughter how old she was - I think she was having a “senior moment” and eventually apologise for her rude accusations and behaviour .. uncovered parking was $15. Room was clean. Beds were small doubles but comfy. No power points next to the beds. Normal amount of mould in the shower. Coffee from the machine was beans but tasted pretty bad and I’m not even a coffee snob. Bacon was ok. Eggs were dry. Hash browns were good. Juice wasn’t fresh. I can’t really recommend this place unless there’s no where else to stay, you get it cheap on a deal, and maybe choose to eat elsewhere.

Have used The Terrace hotel usually on Pageant week. Rooms have been spacious, clean, great bathroom space. The restaurant is nice and offers a good variety of food options. Pricing on restaurant is reasonable. Service is good and staff friendly. Convenient location within the outer of the city limits, without the hustle and bustle of the city. Car parking is available and public transport within reach. Close to other food venues if you feel like venturing out. Overall a good place to stay.

Great location, handy to Tram. Room needs a bit of titavating. Shower over bath makes it hard for Seniors. Restaurant was closed for a Private Function no warning which was a bit annoying, but nice food outlet down the road Fasta Pasta.

Clean, good location, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is good. Dinner was hit and miss. Only 1 gluten free option on dinner menu (steak) - unless you want a vegetarian curry. It’s so simple to substitute for GF pasta, burger buns etc these days, I hope this improves.

The gentleman (I'm sorry, we didn't get your name) at reception is the only best thing about this hotel. That's it! He did absolutely everything he could to assist us. Your sense of humour, to your professionalism was perfect! This hotel needs to hire new and competent housekeeping staff. The cleanliness of all 3 rooms we were offered were very much under par. Fingernail clippings in the sink, marks all over the doors, tables were not even wiped over, blood marks on the wall. The smell in corridor and rooms were horrible. The carpet when coming off the elevator on level 5 was disgusting and hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. The constant slapping and inappropriate noises coming from a room near us, just took it the next level. We requested a refund immediately and left
