Reviews for Capri By Fraser Brisbane

Staying at Capri by Fraser Brisbane made my lifelong dream of seeing The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo at Suncorp Stadium even more special. It was such an exciting trip for me, and the hotel turned out to be the perfect place to base myself. The location is just wonderful, right in the heart of the city. I loved being able to walk along the river, explore the shops and gardens, and then easily make my way to the stadium without any stress. It really made everything feel simple and enjoyable. The staff were just lovely. So friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. You really feel looked after. My room was always beautifully clean, and housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The hotel itself feels modern but comfortable, and I especially enjoyed having the pol and sauna to relax after a big day. All in all, it was a very special stay for a very special trip. I would happily stay there again next time I’m in Brisbane.

Capri by Fraser delivers an excellent stay that balances comfort, convenience, and modern style. The rooms are spacious, immaculately presented, and thoughtfully designed, making them ideal for both short and extended stays. The kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities are particularly practical and well maintained. The location is outstanding, with easy access to public transport, dining, shopping, and key city attractions. Staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to departure. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and gym, are clean and well equipped, adding genuine value to the stay. Overall, Capri by Fraser offers a high-quality accommodation experience and represents excellent value for money. It is a property I would confidently recommend and happily return to.

Excellent stay! We stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful card wishing us the best! Facilities were available and very clean, location is great and very reasonable prices. We will be back soon! Thank you all for great hospitality team!

In the city. Easy access to everything, staff have been amazing and the room is awesome. King bed with electric blackout curtains (and dark, holy, woke up n didn't know what time it was) an awesome bathroom. Overall cleanliness of our room was great. I'd be back no worries

Capri by Fraser Brisbane has a convenient CBD location and decent facilities, but this stay was badly let down by housekeeping standards and some service issues. Housekeeping in the room was not up to an acceptable standard for a 4–5 star city hotel. The toilet floor was left covered with hair, the cup used for tea the previous day was not washed or replaced, and the vacuuming was so poor that rubbish remained visible in the carpet. These problems made the room feel dirty and poorly maintained rather than like a comfortable, cleaned space to come back to after a day out. Several room features were either faulty or disappointing. The in‑room safe was broken and unusable, which is inconvenient when staying in the CBD and expecting to store valuables securely. The water pressure from the shower was very weak, making it difficult to have a proper shower and not consistent with the otherwise modern feel the hotel markets. Check‑in service came across as a little impolite and not especially welcoming, which set a negative tone from arrival and did not match the “helpful staff” experience many guests describe. A more professional and courteous front‑desk interaction would have gone some way to offset the later issues with the room but instead added to the sense that attention to detail was lacking on this stay. Capri by Fraser Brisbane offers a central location, modern rooms and good facilities on paper, but on this visit the experience was overshadowed by poor cleaning, maintenance issues and underwhelming front‑desk service. Unless housekeeping standards and basic room functionality (safe, shower) are improved, it is hard to recommend the property at the price point, especially when other nearby CBD hotels manage both cleanliness and service more reliably.
