Capri by Fraser delivers an excellent stay that balances comfort, convenience, and modern style. The rooms are spacious, immaculately presented, and thoughtfully designed, making them ideal for both short and extended stays. The kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities are particularly practical and well maintained. The location is outstanding, with easy access to public transport, dining, shopping, and key city attractions. The room was very nice, well maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything felt clean and organized, making the stay comfortable from the moment I walked in. The bed was especially comfy, and the space itself was generous and easy to relax in. While there wasn’t much of a view, the overall comfort and condition of the room more than made up for it.

I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort or value. • The Room: Incredibly cramped and tiny. To make it worse, our "view" was just the side of the building next door. It felt very dark and boxed-in. • The Staff: Very disappointing. The front desk and service staff weren't knowledgeable at all and struggled with basic requests. There was a significant language barrier, as many staff members barely understood English, making simple communication very frustrating. For the price they charge, you expect a certain level of professionalism and a room that doesn't feel like a closet. There are much better options in Brisbane CBD.

Lovely friendly service at reception .assisted us with our push bikes. (Chantel??? Sorry got name incorrect ,Lovely girl couldn't help us enough on checking in )the facilities are wonderful with a great ,gym ,pool,sauna and the best steam room .the rooms were very clean and modern and was great to also have a coffee pod machine along with a microwave..The bed was very very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.. Great to have accommodation close to everything in the cbd .we loved our stay and will again return ..

Hotel is in a convenient location - close to shops, office buildings, waterfront, and gardens. This provides a good mix if your in town for business and want some scenic routes for running/walking, and close access to shops and food. Staff were friendly and always helpful, gym was well equipped, room and bathroom was clean.
