⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Hotel Spring Hill. The location is perfect—quiet and relaxed, yet only a short walk to the city and key attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a great stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and professional, always happy to help and quick to make you feel welcome. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and dining options, which added to the overall experience. Overall, the Mercure Spring Hill offers great value, comfort, and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Came into the hotel after driving in from the airport andChecked in with your lovely front office team member Belle and was welcomed warmly. Everything was explained perfectly and was warned about the labyrinthine of yellow pillars in the carpark(which luckily for my rental car) I didn’t hit. Room was perfect and clean and just what I needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast next morning was ok. I had originally only booked this hotel because of the restaurant but unfortunately it was closed for renovations so I was a bit sad to find that out on arrival. Maybe website should state that. In saying that I’ll just need to come back next time 😂 The guy on front desk in the morning greeted me as I walked past to get my caffeine fix from the cart and the your girl serving was amazing too. Your team made my stay welcoming and delightful so give them a pat on the back every day because team are amazing
My husband and I have enjoyed our stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. Very nice surrounding with the park and near train station. We enjoyed the outdoor setting for breakfast. The staff very attentive and helpful. We are a group of eight staying at the hotel for 2 nights before going for our cruise. We all very happy with the location of the hotel. Thank you very much for the wonderful 2 nights stay in December 2025
I've stayed here a handful of times and every time the service has been great and the rooms are really nice especially for the price. Some of them open straight up to the pool and the most recent one I stayed in was closer to an apartment. Two seperate rooms, 2 TVs and even 2 balconies for well under $200 a night. Hard to beat. Only negative is the "gym" is a token effort. 2 treadmills, a bike and not much else.
The stay was pretty pleasant. Biggest gripe i had was the construction directly outside my window at 7am on the dot. No glazing in the windows either so you could hear everyrhing so clearly. Amenities were very well looked after, as well as the room too. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with all my requests too. Will be coming back here as soon as that construction is finished
