Reviews for Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill

I have just spent two nights at Mercure Spring Hill and what a surprise it was: The Welcome at the desk by a very competent Vy, all information about hotel, surrounds and in-house amenities were clearly explained. The room on the 5th floor was quiet and spacious with views into the city; cleaning and service excellent! Two dinners and lunch at the Restaurant on the heated Terrace (indoor seating available) were amazing: simple yet excellent choices of local and exquisite international flavours served with charm and care. Thank you all so much, especially Matteo, Lucy, Martin and Chris. Thank you also for great management in this Accor Hotel. Well done! Mariana Amar

Hotel staff were lovely. room was clean. Parking was absolutely not acceptable. I was dropped to the hotel by a friend who stayed a few hours from 5pm until 8pm. Driving into parking was extremely difficult with yellow painted poles everywhere with scuff previous car damage on the pillars showing how tight all the turns were. When my friend went to leave at 8pm after dark she scraped her car and causing notable damage trying to get out of the difficult angles in the dark. likely to cost $500-$1000 in damage. Parking also cost $25 dollars for such a ridiculous space. I doubt it even meets the council regulations for public paid parking.

Stayed for 3 nights and held our conference in the Panorama room. Wow. The service was exceptional from all staff. Thanks to Sunnie and the team. Special mention to Mateo in the bar and restaurant. You are awesome and thanks for remembering my coffee order each day. See you again soon. Steve

Very well situated if visiting specialists in Brisbane also, only a short walk to CBD. The restaurant service was very good also the food. Rooms were good, but shower liquid soap didn't work, left maintenance msg on a supplied card, which was a thoughtful service. Would stay there again.

Hotel rooms are nice. Balcony had old smoke butts on it. My main thing is the car parking. I have a 4WD and bit of a mission to park. Lots of poles to manoeuvre around, and very tight corners. You can see where people have scraped their cars. Staff nice and friendly. Location was okay. Hotel rooms are nice. Balcony had old smoke butts on it. . So walking back from CBD would be a bit hard.
