We recently celebrated my daughter’s quinceañera at this restaurant, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The staff who helped us throughout the process were exceptional—patient, attentive, and always willing to assist with every detail. Their availability and dedication made planning such an important event feel easy and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning, creating the ideal atmosphere for a truly memorable celebration. The food was outstanding, delicious from start to finish, and beautifully presented. Every guest commented on how wonderful the meal was. Chef Julian, thank you! What truly set this place apart was the team. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely service-oriented. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel completely supported throughout the event. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable celebration. Thank you for making my daughter’s special day truly magical! Highly Recommend... at very late notice, I was forced to find a new venue for my 50th Birthday party. I reached out to the Alliance Hotel. Emma, Leesa and the team were absolutely fantastic, everything was perfect, great food, perfect location, the room was amazing. If you are looking for a room to hold your upcoming function, I, Highly recommend The Alliance Hotel. Whilst organising my party, I took a group of friends for lunch at the Hotel, the food was so delicious and the service was definitely 5 star. Thank you for making my party very memorable. (See you for my 60th)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STAR REVIEW 👀 Alliance Hotel – Spring Hill REST & DIGEST ❤️ After a huge week, sometimes the best medicine is to slow down, breathe, and fill your own cup. Last night I took myself for a peaceful stroll through Roma Street Parklands - grounding, calming, soul-soothing - and then followed it up with the perfect comfort stop… 👉 Dinner at the Alliance Hotel. And the hero of the night? Chef Julienne. This man is an absolute legend in the Brisbane food scene. The Friday night vibe at the Alliance is exactly what I needed - warm, homely, welcoming - and Chef Julienne absolutely delivered. His food is honestly some of the best in Brisbane… big call, but true. Every plate? Packed with heart, skill, and passion filled with Aussie produce. A little backstory… Chef Julienne was one of the incredible chefs who stood on stage when I organised 54 cooking shows at the Ekka to showcase brilliant Australian farmers and producers. That was a wild ride - and this gentleman worked like a champion through it all. His dedication is next level. I don’t often get Friday nights off, but when I do, I choose places and people who fill my cup with happiness - so I can recharge and take on the world again. If you’re looking for a delicious lunch or dinner spot in BrisVegas… Highly recommend the Alliance Hotel. Super yummy. Super welcoming. I went to the alliance hotel with a group of friends to celebrate a friend’s hens and we were blown away by the amazing service we received! Athmosphere wàs great, the place is clean and very elegant, food wàs Devine. We had the calamari for starters and it was delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly one of the best I’ve ever had. The puttanesca pasta wàs Devine very similar to one I have tried in Italy! The waitresses were always very dedicated to our table, and the food arrive fairly quickly considering how busy the place was. Couldn’t speak of it highly enough! 10 starts!

Just had own of the seriously best rump steaks of my life ( and I am a 67 year whingy old woman). Cooked to perfection, sauce was delicious, generous salad. The staff are just delightful- cudos to the lovely lady behind the bar, Bethany, treated me like the most important customer she has ever had. Wine is delicious! Heritage listed pub retaining the beautiful 18th century features. Love love love. Hard to find a superb pub these days. English hospitality and cuisine at its best!
