A well-run property with a good balance of comfort and efficiency. I arrived just before 3pm and, although the booking clearly noted a 3pm check-in, I did need to wait a little longer than expected. The team handled it professionally — not overly engaging, but courteous — and I was offered an excellent coffee made by a senior staff member whose warmth stood out. The foyer was tidy, with Christmas decorations being set up, and my room was a generous size with a pleasant outlook over Albion Park Raceway. The stretch of green and the view toward the Hamilton ridge made for a calm scene, especially given the hotel’s busy location. The grounds are well maintained, and the bed and pillows are consistently comfortable, which always makes for a dependable night’s sleep here. Check-out was smooth, though the $200 bond was a slight surprise. I understand the broader issues around debit cards in Australia, and staff were clear that the amount would be returned, but it does shift the tone of check in a little. Service overall was efficient and unforced. A special mention to the barman, who made an outstanding dry martini — the sort that shows the difference between simply mixing a drink and knowing your bar. That small touch added a nice finish to the stay. My observations may be more detailed than most purely because of my hotel background, but the experience remains comfortable, reliable, and well managed. Others will notice different things, but there is much to appreciate at View Brisbane.

Jeju’s Review: 10/10 Would Check In Again 🐾🏨✨ Hello frens… GUESS WHAT!!! 😱💛 I just checked into View Brisbane and I can confirm… this place is not just pooch friendly — it’s POOCH PARADISE. The hoomans didn’t just say “dogs allowed” like it’s some boring rule… they rolled out the red carpet for ME. 😌🐶 At check-in, I got my very own welcome treats (YES, FOR JEJU), plus gifts like toys, poo bag holder abd even a collapsible travel water bowl and all my little doggy essentials like I’m on a celebrity staycation. BUT WAIT… the best part??? An ice-cold water bowl waiting for me — chilled, refreshing, premium service — as if I’m some kind of VIP celebrity dog (which… I am). 🧊💦👑 Cool aircon ✅ Comfy vibes ✅ Hydrated king energy ✅✅✅ 10/10 would check in again. Lovely hotel accommodation for our overnight stop. The room was charming , spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable, nice bathroom. Reception attendant was friendly & helpful. Great location for Portside Parking only a 10 minute drive. Highly Recommend!

As a short term stay before heading to the airport, this was suitable for a small family. The room was not ready by the check in time. There was no change table in the lobby and room service took nearly an hour to turn up cold. I would not go back without some real work on improving the overall experience for family's.

View Brisbane was affordable, had on-site parking and an absolutely delicious buffet breakfast. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I couldn't be more in love the vintage vibes! The river view is stunning but your blackout curtains, even more perfect for a sleep in. This is the first place I've ever stayed with a 3pm check in and 11am check out and this is revolutionary haha - Everywhere should follow suit! Thank you so much for a beautiful stay and for providing such uniquely stunning accommodation. See you again soon!
