I loved my weekend stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing, and the whole place is stunning! The best are comfortable, bathrooms cozy, and STUNNING views. The only issue in my room was the internet kept cutting out constantly which made it hard streaming anything from my phone. It would disconnect constantly and got quite annoying. Maybe if the hotel could sort out having some popular streaming apps available this could stop the issue? Apart from that I could not fault a single thing. The free buffet breakfast was a massive buffet that had so much food I wish I could try but there was too much to choose from! I enjoyed every bite I did manage! Thank you,I will look forward to staying here again and let others know about it too!

Voco Hotel Brisbane is fine for a work trip, comfortable enough with decent facilities, but a little dated and lacking that polished five-star feel. A practical stay that gets the job done, but it’s not one that’s going to wow you. Rooms (3/5): Clean enough overall, though finding a hair on my towel wasn’t the best first impression. The room itself felt a bit dated, more functional than luxurious. Facilities (3.5/5): The gym is small but usable, good enough to squeeze in a quick workout. The event and conference rooms, on the other hand, were quite nice, spacious, well laid out, and clearly maintained better than some of the guest areas. Service (3.5/5): No major complaints; staff were polite and helpful. Everything ran smoothly enough for a short business stay. Atmosphere (3/5): Simple and straightforward, but lacking that modern or premium touch that a “five-star” label implies. Overall: A perfectly fine option for a work trip or quick stay, but not somewhere you’d choose for a luxury getaway. Rating: 3/5 ⭐️ Functional and friendly, but far from fancy.

Great location, lovely room. We arrived really early and reception let us use the pool till our room was ready, even put us on priority list so got to checkin to the room 2hrs early which never happens so appreciated it. Restaurant was very nice too

Andres made our trip worth coming back for. He has exceptional customer service and was willing to help us take our drinks up to our room. He made our stay worth it after a rocky stay with the receptionist staff. Would definitely come back for the his service alone. Thank you for making our trip from Melbourne a good trip. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience here! Central location makes it convenient to access and travel around the city. The staff were welcoming and made me feel at home. I also requested for a room with a view and it did not disappoint. (See pics) Finally, as my returning flight was later in the evening, they even allowed me to check out just slightly later in the early afternoon. Thanks guys for making my short stay so pleasant!
