I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for 4 months. Excellent location with every amenity you could want within a 5 minute walk. The Hotel is clean, and well appointed for extended stays, including a washer and dryer in the room, as well as a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. The Staff is professional and friendly. I didn’t have any issues here at all, during my entire 4 month stay. I highly recommend the Meriton Suites in Canberra.

We previously stayed at Meriton in Parramatta and loved it so much that we chose Meriton Suites Canberra for this trip and it did not disappoint. The rooms are beautifully presented, incredibly spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had fantastic sleep quality throughout our stay. The location is central and convenient. Another wonderful Meriton experience. We will definitely stay again.

Coming to the end of our stay, leaving with such sadness as this place was AMAZING!! My partner booked a 4 day getaway here in the heart of Canberra. As it was our first time here in Canberra. The Meriton staff were so delightful, amazing and so nice! They had provided a complimentary wine for our Anniversary which was the best! Rahul is honestly such a gentleman. As an American Visiting Canberra for a week this place was PERFECT! I parked the rental in their garage at the end of my day and walked everywhere. This place is central and walking distance to everything I needed. It is very close to the Mall, (that has just about any store you could need; Food courts, Grocery stores, clothing, arcades, Movies ect.). It is walking distance to a lot of places to eat, and is walking distance (1 Mile/ 1.6KM) from the War memorial, and about the same to the Parliament building as well if I recall) and there is a small casino right across the street from here that has poker tournaments every Thursday. Rooms are very accommodating with AC in two zones (one for the living space, one for the sleeping space). Sleeping space has its own door to isolate the room from the living space. There is a Full size fridge and freezer, Microwave, Oven, Range top with two burners, and dishes and pans for your own cooking if you don't want to go out to eat. Full size sliding closet that has a Safe for your belongings. and a TV in the bedroom as well as the Living room. Elevators are really nice. There are 4 of them so you dont have to wait long, and they will only take you to the floors that your room is on or the common areas by using your room key, so safety/security is nice too. Revolving doors close late in the evening, but there is a keycard entrance next to the revolving doors incase you are out late from that poker tournament! Pool, Gym and Sauna on the 15th floor is pretty nice too. Nothing super fancy, but its more than enough and doesn't get crowded. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back!

Horrible internet speed average of ~30mbps download / 27mbps upload. EV chargers falsely advertised (on chargefox) as 22kw. Its actually 7kw. Charging cable has been provided at each station - which is wonderful. Our Bedroom AC made noise and just made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. Best to leave it off and use lounge AC to heat up the whole suite. Nice new appliances. Chiq TVs come with Google TV dongle attached - 2 free hdmi ports available. Coffee shop downstairs and across the road. Fast lifts. Reception staff are friendly & pleasant. Balcony may face car park so expect a little noise/headlights - thick curtains available.
