We just spent 4 nights at Meriton Suites Canberra and absolutely loved our stay. It is conveniently located on the fringe of the city centre, and is a convenient short walk to all the restaurants and Canberra Centre shopping mall. The hotel is beautifully looked after, the rooms are spacious and clean, the gym, pool/spa and sauna facilities are all well kept and easy to access. I personally loved that our room key only allowed us to access our floor and the facilities floor on the 15th level. But the best thing was the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. We would like to give a special shout out to Eva, who was so lovely, and we appreciated her dinner recommendations too. Next time we are back in Canberra, Meriton is the only place we will be staying.

We appreciated the modern building, cleanliness, good facilities, great location. However there were a number of aspects that could be improved - the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were double size and much too large and hard (especially for kids) so we had poor sleeps, the sofa was hard uncomfortable - not good for lounging around, the main TV was not working (error messages even after resetting), toilets didn't flush properly, toaster lever jammed from overuse, no basement parking was available to book, no drop-off zone so we had to carry luggage a few blocks to the car. Overall its ok for a short stay, but for a more comfortable family stay I'd go elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for 4 months. Excellent location with every amenity you could want within a 5 minute walk. The Hotel is clean, and well appointed for extended stays, including a washer and dryer in the room, as well as a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. The Staff is professional and friendly. I didn’t have any issues here at all, during my entire 4 month stay. I highly recommend the Meriton Suites in Canberra.

Stayed for 6 nights, rooms great, fully equipped mini kitchen, two big TVs. Comfortable bed, not noisy. Pool is good but gets busy so pick your time. Gym is good and not busy. Location great for sightseeing and food options. You can get food delivered and the reception staff are really friendly.

Coming to the end of our stay, leaving with such sadness as this place was AMAZING!! My partner booked a 4 day getaway here in the heart of Canberra. As it was our first time here in Canberra. The Meriton staff were so delightful, amazing and so nice! They had provided a complimentary wine for our Anniversary which was the best! Rahul is honestly such a gentleman. I just loved every bit of it! THANK YOU SO MUCH🥰
