This is our second stay at this hotel, and it has been nothing short of fantastic. The attentive staff thoughtfully addressed my requests, making our stay even more special. My son and I enjoyed a comfortable visit, and we wholeheartedly recommend this clean, welcoming hotel. The location is truly inspiring. I will always return to this wonderful place!

Popped in to have a preflight discussion with some old friends. The bartending staff were professional and courteous. The environment was relaxed and spacious. We had room to talk privately without someone overhearing the latest family gossip; always a bonus. Food was promptly served and above average. The premix refused to co-operate so the bartender went out of his way to ensure we had a contingency; really appreciated this touch. Overall, a pleasant experience and a credit to the staff at the time.

I could not access the Hotel & Room Guide, Restaurant & Dining, or Order Room Service or see the minibar prices because it's all accessible through a QR code link which requires a reservation # that neither booking.com or the concierge desk can given me. Pretty unimpressed. The room itself was great but you need to actually give me some way to see terms and conditions and prices. Go back to printing booklets out if you can't figure out and test your processes. At the very least give me the number to access this basic documentation at check-in.

Stayed over the weekend. The hotel is nice overall, but I had a couple of issues. The toilet cistern was malfunctioning, continuously running all night, and there was no maintenance available to fix it. Also, the shampoo wasn’t refilled at all. Hope these things get addressed for a better guest experience.

Looks new and modern, but look closer and you may find bathroom doors that don't close or lock properly or power points with broken or missing covers. Service is friendly though slow at times. It is also pretty isolated if you don't have transport into town. Would help if there was a bicycle hire on-site. Overall, fine for an overnight stay for a quick business trip or before flying out from Canberra, but not a destination hotel.
