The buffet was a bit of surprise. Well cooked food. Good variety. Would recommend to anyone to try and see for yourself! We had a small group and everyone thought the food was great! And the mini kids play ground was a bonus!

Not great. Had to get up to ask the bartender for my beer. The ticket was printed and waiting for someone to action. The coffee was served in a cup with no saucer, spoon, suger...etc. Sticky date pudding delayed. You're not that busy. What happened?

We held our work Christmas party in one of the hotel’s function rooms, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, Function coordinator and all the staff were rude and constantly threatening to shut down our function, which made everyone feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We booked a package that included 10 food platters and paid extra to increase this to a total of 18 platters. However, only 10 platters were ever served. When we questioned this, we were told that the kitchen was “slammed” due to two other functions. This excuse was unacceptable, as all bookings, guest numbers, and orders were known in advance. We were there to receive the service we paid for, yet we were made to feel as though it was somehow our fault for being there. The package also included a $1,000 bar tab, which was completely used up within an hour — very disappointing and misleading. Additionally, the DJ provided as part of the package played only outdated music, forcing our group to use YouTube to play our own music instead. To make matters worse, the security guards were highly unprofessional. They constantly interfered with our event, tried to stop us from having fun, and even repeatedly photo-bombed our photos, which was intrusive and completely inappropriate for a private function. Overall, the experience was terrible. We will not be returning and would strongly advise others not to make any bookings here or get trapped by their so-called function packages. This was a complete rip-off.

Had a beautiful buffet feast at Manhattan, everything was just perfect! The food was absolutely delicious with lots of varieties to choose from, and the place was very clean and welcoming. Special thanks to Jalen, who provided outstanding service. He was so polite, professional, and genuinely helpful — really went above and beyond to make our evening special. He truly exceeded our expectations! Definitely will be coming back again. Highly recommend this place!

Just great…. 100% of the time we’ve been. Our first booking was for a group of 40, not one complaint on food quantity and quality. Our second visit, a group of 6, again, zero issues. Food was great, staff attentive, Michelle? I noted took our plates often, with speedy service. Will be back. Thank you. Room for improvement on the atmosphere with the bathrooms closest to the kids play area, smelly and without soap on our first visit, however the ones in the main area were fine.
