The room allows for a variety of set up styles including 70 guests theatre, 60 guests banquet, 80 guests cocktail, 30 delegates classroom, 28 delegates boardroom, 25 delegates U-shape and 50 guests cabaret. The Hunter 1 room can be combined with the Hunter 2 room, to provide a large space for up to 120 guests theatre style. The Hunter 1 and Hunter 2 combined room offers an even larger pillar-less space, allowing you the flexibility to choose whichever seating set-up best suits your event, without compromising on space.

The Mercure Newcastle boardroom measures 36 square meters, with a capacity of up to 20 people theatre style, 12 classroom style and 12 boardroom style.
