Having lived in the Southern Highlands many years ago and returning for a wedding, well it didn't disappoint at all. We were the proud parent and step parent of the groom. Our room was more than enough for us, loved the balcony, thanks for being very accommodating to our needs especially our little fur baby. Can't thank you enough, the wedding for Dan & Em was beautiful thankfully the rain held out until they finished their vows but it didn't hold the celebrations back. Thanks to Helen for being very helpful to us on a few occasions during our stay, most helpful. Having lived in this area and travelling from Newcastle, we wanted to stay the south side of Razorback, only to find no pet friendly stays and Narellan right at the town centre was pet friendly. Bit disappointing really.

Great location. Historic Inn in a residential area but you would not know it when on site. The rooms are large and well maintained. There are lots of reception rooms and areas to relax in. Lots of parking at the rear of the main house. They also have 2 EV chargers ( 1 Tesla). The complimentary breakfast is nice and satisfying. Good coffee and tea facilities in the rooms and the reception area. Complimentary WiFi is good. Large gardens too. There were quite a few people there but we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The Inn is only 5mins to Mittagong town.

Fabulous stay with our dogs. Haven’t been to a more dog friendly hotel in Australia. Our apartment was pristine, the bed was comfy, 2 widescreen TVs! The gardens were beautifully kept and a joy to wander around with our dog. The house has a historical tour which was fascinating. Loved it!

Beautiful Inn. Our newish apartment #5 was perfect for our small family and dog. Location was okay not far from town or Bowral. Very quiet when we came here , no one about. But comfortable beds and room. Two TV’s and bathroom was lovely.

We hosted our wedding recovery event at the historic Fitzroy Inn and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The setting was stunning and the attention to detail in the furniture setup, food, and drinks was exceptional. Everything was beautifully styled, creating the ideal atmosphere for a relaxed and memorable day. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and our guests were full of praise. We couldn’t recommend the Fitzroy Inn highly enough - it was the perfect venue to continue the celebrations in style.
