4 night stay. Room was pleasant enough and very clean. Mattress on the firmer side bit made up for with a pillow menu. Located on a tram line for easy access into the city. Plenty of dining options nearby. Food in the restaurant was delicious.

I got a flash sale and saved a fortune. I highly recommend signing up for an account as I got a discount for that too. Got half price parking and breakfast buffet for 2 for 2 mornings, and a queen balcony room. I thought I had messed up because the price was so good. I called and Scel help me with tram info, making sure we got a walk-in shower instead of a tub and was so nice and helpful. I would have given 5 stars just for her help. Everyone we dealt with there was so nice and it was a very comfortable time. So many places are not now. So convenient for where we needed to be, tram stop right out front(Victoria public transport is free until the end of May 2026), so much within walking distance. It was a solid 4star accommodation. It had a pay laundry and an ice machine on the floor, restaurant and bar downstairs.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Location is perfect, close to everything. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was also very good, would be nice to be included in the price of the room but not a big deal. Only a few things were a little disappointing • the shower wasn't the best, by the time the water hit you it was cold and the tap was very touchy. • the mattress in the room was like concrete, but the mattress on the sofa bed was great. Overall great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night while we attended an event. Check in was a breeze. We had a king spa room with balcony. Elevators were smooth and quiet. Staff were all nice. Buffet breakfast was nice, not a bad variety. Love that they have a Nutella dispenser :). The room was quite small, balcony was small but, a couple of rooms down, their balcony was flooded. View was nice at night. Requested boomerang pillows at no extra charge, no issues. Bed was a little firm but pillows great. Filled the spa bath only to realise the plug didn’t hold the water in and it completely drained. We spoke to reception who promptly changed the plug for us no issues. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest and the temperature kept changing to warm and then boiling hot. Mould noted around the bath and fixtures. Exposed wiring on the bedside lights (no bottom on the wall sconces). Glass sliding door to balcony was filthy with hand prints and smudge marks. Mini fridge was completely empty, not even a small bottle of water. Happy hour on Wednesday night 3pm - 6pm states $15 cocktails etc. (Ephesus on the s) ordered 2 cocktails and was charged full price. When queried, staff told us that it was only one particular cocktail that is $15 however, nowhere does it state that’s its only that one selected cocktail only. Happy hour wasn’t very happy. Staff gave us an $9 free drink instead.

Went to Amora, to celebrate Mother’s Day with my wife and daughter, this was a high tea. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement, firstly the number one spot on the menu was Scones with Yarra Valley cream and jam and of course tea of your choice. The Scones and Tea never arrived, the small selection on sandwiches were dry and felt like they had been uncovered for an hour, the bread was awful. The lack of service was absolutely disgraceful. I’m sorry for this review but I expected a lot more considering we paid $392 for a selection of food that most cafes in Melbourne would be ashamed to serve their clientele. I would not recommend this hotel, it seemed they were only interested in making a quick dollar and to take advantage of this customer.
