Location: rightly in the city centre Front desk staff: exceptionally nice That being said, I’ve been for two weeks now and even if they include a cleaning service every two days, so far nobody has changed the sheets and the carpet is untouched since I arrived. Any of the surfaces has seen a wipe for as long I’ve been either. If you’re looking for a short term, city centre stay, it might fit. But if you’re planning to stay a bit longer I’d recommend to find another place. I was quite surprised when I saw it’s actually considered a 4 star hotel. I’ve been in two stars that have been way better… I also need to mention the lack of daylight in most of the rooms, a downside of being right in the city centre I guess…

Had an extended stay here and the housekeeping was shocking. It was occasional at best, in a 2 bed apartment they would make one bed but not the other, it was never vacuumed once in weeks, bathrooms never cleaned the entire stay even after complaining. They would change the towels but then leave the bins overflowing and dirty dish towel etc. On the plus side, the reception desk staff were very polite and friendly.

The location is great, right across the tram stations and in walking distance of many restaurants. The room has microwave and cutleries, which is great help for families. The staff is also friendly and helpful. My room was not that clean unfortunately :( there was so much dirt and trash below the sofa and the whole room feels very tired.

Great central location. The room we had was a little tired. The carpets were stained and walls were marked. There was no conditioner or body wash in the room (bottles were empty). Great little tea selection though and comfy bed and pillows. There were no towels at the pool both times we visited. These were however quickly replaced when we called down. Staff were nice and attentive.
