The Bar Area can cater 60 people cocktail set up. Boots doesn’t believe in room-for-hire fees, even in Melbourne’s exxy inner-city. So, if having the run of the joint is your desire, the only Boots requirement is that a minimum-spend or minimum attendance be reached for the evening. This is called the Bring ya Nan or The Turnout option. The mandatory minimum-spend or guaranteed patron numbers requirement is dependent on your preferred time-of-the-year and, of course, day-of-the-week. Boots’ ample floorspace allows us to confidently cater for mass bookings, totally free of a minimum spend requirement. This is called our Public House option. We recommend this carefree package for parties of at least 70 people.

I recently celebrated my 21st birthday at Concrete Boots Bar, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue! Jes and the team were amazing hosts, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that all my guests had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was perfect, the service was top-notch, and it made my birthday even more memorable. I highly recommend Concrete Boots Bar for any event. I booked Concrete Boots for 20 people for our Victorian Romance Writers Xmas Party. Jes, Andrew and the Team were lovely, helpful and very accomodating. The food was great and the ladies loved the venue.

Hosted my debut Headline show at this venue to celebrate the release of my EP & it was amazing, the communication from the team at Concrete Boots was amazing, Jes the event manager was super helpful & catered to our needs. It’s a perfect space for an independent artist & they offer open Mic nights to help build your confidence on stage & for you to get a feel of the performance space. Food is great, their service is top tier & overall just a great vibe. I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to host another event at this space!

My 40th last night was a dream. A room where I felt safe and welcome and loved. Having Jes at the helm of it all was everything. She is pure magic. She has a gift that is something seriously remarkable. Nothing was too much, she handled it and went above and beyond to make sure I had the night I’d dreamed of. The venue is incredible, staff are top notch and I would have 100 more events here if given the chance.

Had hubby’s 50th at venue. Hands down Jes was absolutely amazing and a superstar from beginning right through to end. She was completely attentive and gracious to all our needs, how the night would go, planning and organising the food etc and making sure nothing was left out! I cannot fault her she went above and beyond! The bartenders were fantastic all night catering to all the guests throughout the night, the venue was absolutely perfect and cozy and spacious at the same time! Everybody had a fantastic night! Cannot recommend enough this venue - the best I have attended thus far for an event! Thank you Jes for your amazing effort and ensuring our Halloween birthday celebration was great and memorable!! 10 stars all the way from us!!

With a 150-person capacity, commercial kitchen, fully stocked bar and 1am last-call, flexibility is our animal. Throw some money on the bar to shout your mates or make them pay their own way. Alternatively, hit us up about our no-holds-barred bottomless packages. We can cater full-service sit-down dinners or cocktail-style canapés. With an International-DJ standard sound system and DJ setup (including wireless mic), we’re ready to plug-in and play. Or bust out your Spotify. Projector? Throw up your personal pics slide show or whatever you like. Floor plan? The space can be configured to your liking - move tables and chairs ‘round Tetris style. Decorations? Go to town. Bring some balloon animals, perhaps a piñata. We got nice pot plants.
