Northern Point Room
An open plan space accommodating up to 150 guests standing or 120 seated, this space has a flexible floor plan & is the perfect space for any occasion. Boasting views over the CBD, Port Phillip Bay, Federation Square and Flinders Street Station with floor to ceiling window views.
Southern Point Room
The Southern Point Room features a custom designed showpiece bar and a stunning hand-cut glass chandelier and overlooks Port Phillip Bay, Albert Park Lake and the Botanical Gardens with floor to ceiling window. On its own this room accommodates up to 80 guests standing or 50 seated.

Came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and it was amazing. The food was delicious, especially the barramundi the sauce was so good! We also enjoyed the beautiful Melbourne view and the VR activity was super fun. Big thank you to “Zimo” for taking such great care of our table. She was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly also pretty🫶🏼. All staff were lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend for a special occasion, I’ll definitely come back again!

It was my first time dining in this place to celebrate anniversary with my partner. The atmosphere was stunning. The dining tables were located right next to the windows for your best viewing experience. The entire place was quiet and easy to talk. The table lamp boosted the vibe up in this romantic dark environment. Absolutely love it! My partner pre paid two 8 courses menus. We ordered two seperate drinks on the spot. It was delicious! Every course of the food was delicious. I like the taste of mixture of different sauces with the food. We did not order the drink packages where different dish comes with different drink. It sounds interesting but my stomach probably won’t fit them all. However, in my partner’s dish, there was a plastic-like stuff in the food which I did not take a photo of it. The manager confirmed with the kitchen and told us that it was the skin of the garlic. Even though the skin of the garlic wouldn’t be plastic-like, we did not argue further cuz I didn’t want to ruin the experience. The manager gave us two complimentary drinks for free for compensation. The only thing that I would like to point out is the service. I did not feel like the service I received was a fine dining level. When the server explained the dishes to us, his both hands were placing on his bended knees which made me feel like it was not professional enough. His knees were rotating around while explaining. I felt a bit strange. The distance was too close to our face when he explained dishes as well. I would expect a bit more when we dined in this level of restaurant. I would still recommend my friends and family to have an experience in this place. May come back. Hope the service will be better next time.
Frantastic Foodie Finds
We had a lovely dining experience at Eureka 89. We opted for the “Altitude Dining Experience “. Three courses of beautifully presented food. Portion sizes were small, but I guess that’s the expectation of fine dining. We enjoyed Hiramasa Kingfish, Sugarloaf Cabbage for entrees, followed by Black Angus Beef Fillet. Desert was a Cheesemonger selection and Chocolate Parfait. Food was so delicately prepared and tasted amazing. Staff were attentive, professional and welcoming. The pinot noir was great (Marnong Estate) one of our favourite wineries 🍷🍷 Our dining package included the VR and Skydeck experience on level 88. Well worth doing! The venue is amazing, the view was sensational 🙌 I do feel that it’s starting to show its age though. Overall, a wonderfully romantic dining experience. 💫

We did the 6 course chef tasting menu with wine pairing. Very efficient on arrival and we were seated immediately. We then waited 10 minutes and a waitress appeared and informed us we were doing the 6 course tasting with pairing, and we were given some bread(which must have been the end of the loaf as it was more crust than bread and was burnt). Then our food kept on coming out with wine. Could not fault the food, it was beautifully presented and delicious. The wines were also nice, though we were a little shocked that it was not all Australian wine, but we had NZ wines, Italian wines etc. Seriously why not showcase our own beautiful wines., The pours are also a little small for the price. I am glad we were not paying for the experience as over $500 for what it is felt very expensive. And nowhere in there did anyone try to upsell us or ask if we would have liked any of the add ons or anything else, it just came out like a conveyer belt. We did chase down a staff member to ask for coffee and tea at the end which our waitress organised, but that was an extra $10 on top of our bill. I would think that tea & coffee should be included actually for the price, it left a bad vibe on the experience. Our waitress was lovely and attentive, can't complain, and the view is amazing. For me though, compared to other similar experiences around the world, this does not match up. While the food and the view is amazing, the atmosphere is lacking, it feels a bit lack lustre, and like the Coles cafeteria (albeit delicious food). The decor is a little dated also and the place just feels like it needs a good clean up and a bit of heart.

Had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Eureka 89! The 8-course chef’s tasting menu was exquisite, and the wine pairing was perfectly curated. A huge thank you to the staff for being so attentive and welcoming—a special shoutout to Zimo for making the evening feel truly personal and seamless. The service here is top-tier and really elevates the stunning views and food. Whether it's for a special occasion (the cake was a great touch!) or just a fine dining treat, I can’t recommend this spot enough.
