Reviews for Hellenic Museum
Peter Vrakatselis
Any chance to check out some of my ancient heritage I jump at it so it was an easy decision to go in. Great exhibition and well laid out. Each section themed and full of information. The building itself is beautiful inside with a beautiful grand staircase leading up to more wonderful exhibits. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and even had a chat with them anout the history of the building itself. Well worth a visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of conducting another wedding at the Hellenic Museum, and once again, it completely exceeded all expectations. This stunning venue, right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, truly captures elegance, charm, and history all in one. The outdoor ceremony area is simply breathtaking-set beneath the most magnificent and grand oak tree I’ve ever seen. It provides the perfect blend of natural light and soft shade, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere for couples and guests alike. The indoor spaces are equally beautiful, offering versatility and comfort no matter the weather. The Hellenic Museum staff are outstanding -professional, warm, and an absolute delight to work with. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs seamlessly, which makes such a difference on a wedding day. What makes this venue so special is not only its beauty but also its rich history and cultural depth. It adds a unique sense of meaning and character to every celebration held there. I highly recommend the Hellenic Museum for weddings, it’s a true gem in Melbourne, perfect for couples who want a setting that is both naturally stunning and historically captivating. An unforgettable experience every single time!

Well worth seeing this greek museum. Alot to see and there's a Greek board game you can play with someone so it's worth going with someone.

great place for greek history and myth geeks. Or those simply trying to get in touch with history and behold great works.

Interesting museum - albeit small. There aren’t any Hellenic related museums or events where I’m based, so this was very eye opening indeed.
