Made a quick trip into the city with our little one for the Grand Prix and had such a great stay at the Hilton. What really made it special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They were extra sweet with our son, and it felt like nothing was ever too much trouble if we needed something. Beautiful hotel, great location, and walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants — especially our favourite spot, Patricia’s. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
We spent a week here and it was wonderful 💯 🙌 The service was so warm, welcoming and friendly by the reception team. They were simply beautiful people with such joy! A total credit to your enterprise 🩷The room was spotless, roomy and perfect for us for the week. Huge, wonderful shower, big comfy bed. With Melbourne food options we didn't eat in, but we did enjoy the Douglas Bar at the end of a few nights out for last drinks.
I highly recommend you stay at Hilton Little Queen St. because the location is very central to the CBD, all the attractions, convenient mass transit and easy freeway access. The hotel restaurant and bar are superb. QUIET, clean and well-appointed rooms with delightful soft pillows! Hotel restaurants and bar are superb. However, the best part of the stay is the customer service experience. The staff is helpful, thoughtful and engaging. This is the best hotel staff I have encountered anywhere in the world.
My wife and I spent the weekend from Friday to Sunday at this wonderful hotel. King superior room had everything we needed (sorry, no pics 😉). Very comfortable bedding and pillows (my wife loves a good pillow). The room was very quiet and oh so cosy and comfortable. The hotel building has a classic exterior presence the interior has a refined luxury charm makes you feel welcome, safe and relaxed. We chose to have the Chef selection option for dinner, the 8 selection course was amazing and we both had our own favourites, with the Roasted venison loin being right at the top! Compliments to the Chef, kitchen and wait staff, who were very friendly and professional. We had a drink at the Douglas Bar (intimate feel), however we did not spend as much time as we had plans, again bar staff very professional and welcoming. The front desk assisted immediately when called upon attentively and cheerfully! Tram stop right at the front door and location amazing for exploring the CBD. We look forward to visiting in the future. *i am not a great food photographer 😊.
I am a well travelled hotel stayer, over 50 years of travelling under my belt and the Hilton in Melbourne was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, they facilitated an early check in and a late checkout to work around my flight timings. They let us use the lounge whilst we waited for our room, when we were jet lagged and slept all day, awake all night, they checked up on us to see if we needed anything. The staff are fortunately empowered by their management to really take care of their guests and it shows. I've got a few more Hilton stays coming up on this trip and look forward to seeing if this translates across the brand.
