Had a short weekend visit here and it was a real pleasure. The highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service - from checking in to leaving. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-insulated from noise, which allowed us to sleep well. I am giving this a 4-star rating as the food from room service could have been better. The onion soup had quite a strong beefy flavour and the crispy chicken could have done with a bit more coleslaw. Otherwise I would have given it a 5-star review! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Made a quick trip into the city with our little one for the Grand Prix and had such a great stay at the Hilton. What really made it special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They were extra sweet with our son, and it felt like nothing was ever too much trouble if we needed something. Beautiful hotel, great location, and walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants — especially our favourite spot, Patricia’s. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
I recently had the opportunity to stay here for 7 nights. My experience was wonderful! The customer service here is top notch - from the restaurant/ dining staff, the front desk and housekeepers, room service as well as how timely emails are responded to before even getting to the hotel. They all deserve recognition for their high standards. You are doing a great job. Its location is also very convenient. Thank you for making my experience here a very pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this hotel location.
Recently stayed a night over Valentines Day and was such an amazing first time experience. Loved that the hotel was tucked down a laneway with incredible artwork and in an heritage old building, and check in was a breeze. Loved our room and the fit out was fresh and really clever. Loved the shower and Hunter bath products, and all the cleverly designed details. They’ve blended the contemporary fit out really well with the old heritage and haven’t lost of erased the charm, so well done. It’s in a brilliant location and walking distance and tram rides to all your favourite Melbourne cbd spots. Loved the rooftop pickle ball location, although didn’t get to play this time. And for an inner city location this was one of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Best sleep ever. Really cute inner city spot. Would definitely stay again.
From the minute you step into the hotel you feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly, accommodating. This is my first time at the hotel, I come to Melbourne two times a year. Definitely, this the hotel to stay in Melbourne.. It is immaculate. Beautiful decor. Room nicely decorated. Ample amenities. Beds are so comfortable. Quiet. I asked for additional hangers, within 5 minutes they were in my room. I was very impressed. Continental breakfast could improve. That was my only complaint. Should have more options. Location of the hotel was wonderful, tram right outside the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit.
