This is a brilliantly situated hotel, handy for shops, bars and restaurants. I was upgraded to a courtyard room (well windows down to a space room) and it was spacious, bright, good lighting and plenty of luggage space. Ample power sockets in easy reach of the bed. Bed was firm. Bathroom was lovely, you can tell it’s brand new and towels were a good size. I forgot to ask for a shower cap but the shower was easily adjusted to miss my hair. Only problem I had was coldest air con was 18.5 and window didn’t open. I prefer a cooler room but I know that’s fine for most. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely. Hot buffet with the ability to order omelettes, poached etc. also cold meats and cheese, fruit, congee, breads and pastries. Nice bright space. Check out on the app didn’t work, but the old fashioned way was fast and easy. This is a lovely clean hotel, in a great location and if you can get a good price it’s an absolute winner.

Great location - Bourke St Mall is literally just outside (biggest Mecca in the world, JD Sports, H&M, Zara, 6 floor David Jones and Myers, historic barbershop and tearooms, Flying Tiger, Miniso etc). Staff were friendly and helpful; they booked taxis for me and my room was ready to check in at 11am. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was fairly comfortable. You need to request vanity kits, shower caps etc at reception. The breakfast buffet was pretty good - bacon, eggs, toast, delicious pastries, fruit, Poke bowl station, muesli etc. There is a water bottle refill station but I really wish there had been the option to purchase bottled water or even have a complimentary water bottle upon arrival. The kids Explorer pack is really cool. There are no pools, spas etc. The gym is well equipped and my room was very warm which was nice. Quiet rooms and lobby for such a busy central location. There are many trams passing by which you didnt hear inside. The price was great for the location, approx $600 for 3 nights.

Second time staying here and both times had been fantastic. Perfect location and staff are always exceptional. Room has also been great both times. Can’t fault it at all! Only one suggestion - maybe a guest laundry for those that prefer to do their own laundry. Will definitely be back!

Good location central of everywhere. Price was competitive even though there was the F1. Frank ensured every thing went smoothly from check in to even showing me how to get to the race site from the hotel. Highly rated even though its a new hotel, everyone is trained well from alighting the uber to finding the lobby.

Pretty new hotel and very basic. Room was clean but small. Breakfast was nice but had less options than I expected. By expected, I mean I thought there would be hash browns. Location is great for inner city shenanigans. I think I’d rather pay $20 more and go to the Crowne Plaza down the street or $100 less and go to the express though. I don’t think there is a need for this hotel in Melbourne, I don’t see it lasting long. You have to ask for toiletries, why they aren’t in the rooms anymore? Who knows.
