Vicky was one of the best server I have encountered. She first asked if everything was fine with our food and we responded yes but half way through my steak i had to ask her if they can do pan fry instead of grilled as mine was a bit charred resulting to bitterly taste. Maybe not my style for steak but the way she handled my request and how the restaurant took the food and replaced with a new one was commendable. Indeed they made sure the customer is happy with their food. Mind you the sauce on the steak was one of the most flavourful I got. Thank you for the great service!

I love this place. They have specials every weeknight and it’s so lovely in summer. The staff are super friendly too. If you can get a table on the verandah even better. Great pub food. Highly recommend if you want to eat around South Bank but you don’t want to break the Bank…see what I did there 😀

My hubby and I had the flatbread & dips to share as a starter, which was lovely, though probably only needed two dips, not three. I had the Barramundi for my main, which was cooked perfectly and was just enough in size for me, not too big. My hubby had the beer battered fish & chips for his main, which was a huge serving, but lovely meal. He could finish it all though. Overall beautiful food, the servers were very efficient and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful food and the service was amazing. When the server realised I was needing fodmap she was able tk explain how the majority of the menu could be altered to cater for my dietary needs. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that the meal was suitable. Thank you for what can sometimes be a difficult situation when dining out so much easier for me. My family absolutely recommends the pork rib entree as well 😋👌

Wow, what a place. I had the lambs shank, and boy, it tasted amazing. The meat fell off the bone. The vegetables pushed together mmmm wonderful. The staff all greeted me with an awesome smile and were very welcoming. A genuine customer service experience that is very rare these days. Thank you.
