The place is cool, but there’s no service at all, other than the food/drinks runner that deliver your QR code order to your table. Ordered chips with guacamole (along with other food) and got served cheap packaged chips, very different from the fresh fried ones displayed on the picture on the menu, definitely not worth 18$. Rats running over the place (don’t believe me? I’ve uploaded a video too), told a staff member who laughed at it, insinuating it was quite common and did nothing about it. Overall very disappointing (and gross).

Portion sizes are generous and ideal for sharing, which makes dining here even more enjoyable. The service deserves a special mention. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional throughout our visit. They checked in without being intrusive and made us feel genuinely welcome. Combined with the upbeat setting, delicious food, and efficient service, Hopscotch creates an unforgettable dining experience. Have been here countless times over the course of 9 years. The food is always impeccable having never had a disappointing meal. The beer selection and drinks are vast and delicious often with unique specials and options. On the weekends we love the live music and the massive TV makes it great to catch a game for sports from footy to gridiron. Finally we have been impressed with the staff who actually seem to provide service above the bare minimum.
