Our one-night weekend escape at Hotel Indigo on Little Collins St in Melbourne far exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The team were incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was easy, smooth, and hassle-free. The hotel’s design and décor are absolutely stunning — modern, stylish, and full of personality, with the Indigo theme beautifully carried throughout the entire property. Our room was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, and very well presented. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and it was great to know the hotel can also provide a choice of pillows on request if needed. The bathroom and vanity areas were spotless, and the bath robes were a fantastic added touch that made the stay feel even more luxurious. We also appreciated the well-stocked mini bar and coffee machine with a great selection of pods. Cocktails at Fern Bar were delicious — especially the Mandarin Lemon Drop. We’re already planning to come back for dinner in the winter igloos in Fern’s Garden, which looked absolutely amazing. The spacious restaurant for the à la carte and buffet breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve experienced. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the variety of offerings was seriously impressive. Located on Little Collins Street in the heart of Melbournes CBD our stay at Hotel Indigo completely exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We highly recommend a stay at Hotel Indigo — it is simply perfect.

Outstanding location right in the city, with literally everything outside the doors. The room is beautifully appointed and aesthetically lovely. The hotel is new so of course everything feels fresh and clean which makes you feel good. It has been cleverly laid out. We particularly loved the wrap around couch in the room that was multi functional as a desk/seating area/bag holder and dining. If I had to find a negative - it is minor and not a deal breaker at all. The bed was ok, just not get in and have an "ahhh, what a comfy bed" hotel type moment. Our intention was to use the room as a base, however we ended up spending a bit of time in the room relaxing as it was so comfortable and spacious. We didn't access the hotel amenities, however they looked funky and inviting. The hotel has a cool vibe to it. This will be our new go to hotel in Melbourne for our long weekend visits. Super impressed.

Outstanding experience, the best in Australia, staff up there with HK standards Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff were so kind and lovely, I even had one housekeeping staff member bring several pillow for me to try. What a legend! Had a wonderful experience, early check in as room available, delicious breakfast both continental and choice and welcome drinks in the evening. Incredible location so close to Bourke St Mall and all the action. Love this hotel and would absolutely stay again.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Fern Bar & Dining at Fern Bar & Dining. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, with a beautiful interior that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. The food was outstanding — fresh, creative, and full of flavour. Every dish was beautifully presented and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. The cocktails were equally impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. What made the experience even better was the warm and attentive service. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel very well looked after. A hidden gem in Melbourne and definitely worth a visit. I’ll certainly be back.

It was a fabulous stay. The room was large and cleaned every day to a high standard. The Restaurant on Level 2 and Room Service was outstanding. All the food I had was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing. The wait staff in the Restaurant were kind and lovely to deal with as I am a coeliac and need gluten free options. Bartender made great mocktails and I appreciated all the extra effort to make sure my stay was so easy. The location is in the center of everything, and I walked out to David Jones, through to the Emporium Mall and then further through to Melbourne Central Mall. I would rate the service, the friendly staff and the accommodation as a 10 out of 10. Truly excellent hotel and I would highly recommend to all. A little slice of heaven in the center of Melbourne CBD. I will be back.
