Stayed for 3 nights and loved every moment of it. Sleek design, Low key entrance and plenty of trendy venues, coffee shops, cafes within walking distance, feels like living in a high-end CBD condo. Nice amenities with a local touch - imagine loose tea with „Melbourne“ name and so one. But my absolute favorite was the concept of happy hour from 17 to 19, with prosecco, small bites and we even had oysters! Breakfast was also hosted in the lounge but was rather simple - could be reworked here, must be expanded or guests with status allowed to regular I also found design of cups & plates to appear more dirty than stylish Nevertheless - had a great stay.

Fairly disappointed over all. This was under Hilton branding but I’d didn't feel the prestige or comfort from the branding. Perhaps it’s too small, but good things first, the room was awesome, modern and cosy. Not big, but it’s decently cosy. It has no view but well the room itself was great. It has great cakes as well - ordered the red velvet which was great tasting. Service wise, non existent, from concierge to level reception to gym. No pool, which is a downer. The library / lounge on level 2 was small as well, but the lady staff was decent in service and serving drinks (higher on alcoholic content). Nothing fantastic otherwise as you will pay for amenities and everything you need. Disappointed overall. I’d choose other hotels for my first stay in Melbourne. But well, it’s my choice, (my fault), and it’s not a great one. But hey, the room was great and the bed gave me a good sleep on the first night.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The staff were polite, professional, and genuinely friendly. My room was spotless and very comfortable, with a modern design and soft bed. The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh each morning. The pool was quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the quick service whenever I needed anything. Everything about this place shows true five-star quality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. • The staff were super friendly and accommodating. • The hotel was also clean and well-serviced. • They let us check in early and check out late which made our trip all the much more enjoyable. • The bar was fully stocked. • Whenever we ordered anything to the room it came quickly. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay, very close to shops, easy to get Ubers and rooms were spotless. Best sleep we have had in a hotel for a long time. Staff were very friendly and complementary umbrellas made a nice touch. We arrived very early and they found us a room to check in straight away. Cocktails in the bar were divine, and such a nice spot to unwind before heading out to meet friends for dinner.
