Just checked out from a 3 night stay. Fantastic location. Room was great (we even enjoyed a complimentary upgrade) with tea/kettle/fridge in the room. Very clean. Good blackout curtains. Lovely and quiet despite being very central. The gym had a decent amount of equipment in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff were really lovely, professional and helpful. They helped me locate my Uber and took my bags over to the car when the driver couldnt get the car to the hotel entrance. Will definitely stay at Ibis again.

the best location to get everywhere by walking. just a few steps from the entrance there is a long street full of restaurants and great ambient the hotel check in was really fast and free from struggle, priced lower than you would expect for the location and the quality of the facilities. you can pre pay for the breakfast and i strongly recommend to do it. the breakfast has plenty of options and fresh juices. the rooms are super quiet and comfortable, big enough for a couple with medium sized luggage. i would definitely stay here again if i return to melbourne.

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Central and will book in again without hesitation. All the staff, starting from check-in, were really friendly and very helpful and efficient. Our room was nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. We liked the location, as it was so easy to get to places on foot. We walked to the NGV, which took about a 30 min and explored Melbourne Central. The free tram was only a few minutes away from the Hotel too. Overall a really enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the hard working staf who keep the place running. 🌟

Great location, very central in Melbourne to walk and get the trams. Modern rooms and great gym. Was perfect just for a base to stay in. Restaurant was great too we ate here 2/4 nights. The staff were so friendly and helped me in keeping our room until 9pm for a late night flight and to work out the best way cost wise to do so. Ibis’s are great as you know what you are getting in any city or part of the world. We like the chain and like how they are sustainable for the planet regarding water and waste products , they have a great program as well for women’s health rights especially regarding period products it’s a great move forward! Loved the Golden Mug Cafe attached to for a matcha in the morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent ! I stayed for 7 nights for my vacation in Melbourne. I really like staying at this hotel because of its strategic location, just a few minutes walk from central melbourne station and directly in the mall complex and other important complexes. Finding a restaurant is not difficult, there are various choices of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Eating at the hotel is also an exciting option. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and skillful. The room temperature is comfortable, the room size is also suitable for me, because I travel alone. I can sleep soundly with a comfortable mattress and a clean room. We can self check out if we have to leave in a hurry. There are heaters for coffee and tea, strika boards and mini fridges. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want a comfortable stay with a suitable budget and a strategic location
