Great stay. Easy-to-navigate location from the SkyBus stop in the CBD. Close to everything you could want in the city. Quiet room, very clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of room for a single. Great service from reception & concierge staff. The only downside is that the shower water temp was very difficult to get right. Freezing one minute, too hot the next, without moving the tap at all. Also, take a portable mirror with you as you can't get close enough to apply makeup etc because the sink/bench is in the way. Overall, I'm very happy with this hotel & would definitely stay again.

Just checked out from a 3 night stay. Fantastic location. Room was great (we even enjoyed a complimentary upgrade) with tea/kettle/fridge in the room. Very clean. Good blackout curtains. Lovely and quiet despite being very central. The gym had a decent amount of equipment in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff were really lovely, professional and helpful. They helped me locate my Uber and took my bags over to the car when the driver couldnt get the car to the hotel entrance. Will definitely stay at Ibis again.

Spent 2 nights. Check in was a pleasure and very friendly even though I was confused with which hotel I was checking in 🤣. Superior Queen room 17 sq m, while compact its within keeping of the rack rate and tbh its all clean, modern and works. With such an awesome location you don't spend much time in the room anyway. I didn't eat in on site as lots of variety in the CBD but when I did have a happy hour drink it was pleasant and easy to do. I hot valet parking which was seemless and upon collecting my vehicle I had a lovely welcome pack in my vehicle. A lovely surprise. Absolutely a great stay and would stay again!

For the price this hotel is quickly becoming one of my favourite in Melbourne it definitely does the Accor group proud as they make a point to make you feel at home and appreciated for your loyalty. Rooms are compact but get the superior rooms and working in it is so comfy with updated tech clean sheets and towels and amenities at your fingertips. Valet service is prompt and excellent and breakfast since I usually have juices having the juicer makes me so happy. The training and attention to details are so appreciated amazing definitely one of the top ibis hotels for me

Spent 4 nights at the Ibis Melbourne central and it was fantastic, We arrived earlier and thanks to Pear the front of house staff who helps us check-in after a long exhausted flight so we can have rest before exploring great city Melbourne. We booked for the superior room with two double bed, the room size was great the bed was comfy, super clean, wifi signal & speed was acceptable however the only down side we have to mention was the open plan toilet & shower area, you will get the odours and might be a little awkward if staying with friends as there are no cover. apart from that was fantastic. The location of the hotel was the key as it’s really close by to shops, restaurants etc within a walking distance.
