Soooo happy chose Pier to celebrate 60th because it was absolutely perfect! I chose the classy upper lounge suitable for 15 guests. Shout out to Jake, Dylan, waiter Steve, superior level of service and care đź‘Ź. The food was excellent and overall package price was very reasonable. Love this venue so much. Thank you for making my birthday and unforgettable experience!!!! đź’«

The interior being calm, relaxing with a modern twist. Menu is curated for those who enjoy the finer options with fresh produce. The manager has an excellent eye for detail, and is accommodating. Excellent restaurant, knowing that one won't be dissappointed. The venue upstairs for private functions being sublime, with the team handling all the finer details to ensure your event is a remarkable success.

If I could give this place a 6 star rating, I would. Came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, and felt so very warm abd welcomed from the moment we arrived. The venue is warm, well designed, spacious, and has multiple rooms and areas that flow into each other seamlessly. The walls are dotted with art, and the main dining area has a sensational fire place that made for a wonderful backdrop to our dinner. Service from Stephen was 5/5. He clearly loves his job, and goes the extra mile to ensure you have a satisfying experience. That was our experience, and I got the feeling it wasn't a one off. Food is so flavoursome, and meals are made with quality produce you can taste. The wine list is just as impressive as their all day menu, and the shiraz was a perfect winters drop alongside dinner. I cant wait to return!

I liked the place, and the owner?(man) at the bar was perfectly friendly and attentive. The calamari was delicious. But as they say, every coin has two sides. There's definitely room for improvement regarding the cleanliness outside and the hospitality of the waiters serving outside. The table outside was dirty before I arrived and wasn't cleaned afterward. It was cleared, yes, but there was no clean table... what a shame! Then: When I arrived, two different waiters ignored me three times while I was at the table, even though I didn't know if I needed to order inside or if they would even serve me. That's not what I call a friendly greeting. The owner/man at the bar certainly sets a good example. This is meant as constructive criticism for a trendy location. Thank you for taking note and for helping to improve.

The best venue we could have chosen for my daughter’s 21st birthday! Jake was absolutely amazing, and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and they catered to all of my requests (and I can be quite fussy!). Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Pier Hotel for your next function. Jake and his team will make sure everything runs perfectly from beginning to end. The food was delicious, and the Bay Room was the perfect space for our 90 guests. The atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone had a wonderful time. A huge thank you to Jake and the entire team for making the night such a success. We couldn't have asked for a better celebration, and we'll definitely be holding our next function at the Pier Hotel.
