Our stay in Melbourne was over 10 days, so we really appreciated the luxurious feel of the Executive Floor suites. Our first room was nice, but given the length of our stay, we asked if a bigger room with a lake view was possible. The manager was able to make the change, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our only major criticisms were that the drapes in both rooms did not adequately block out the eastern sunlight and there were a couple of days when we came back to the room in the late afternoon and had to request housekeeping to make up the room. Also, the pool was not open for the first three days of our stay, which was somewhat disappointing.

From check-in to check-out, the service was genuinely 5-star. I was greeted so warmly and made to feel welcome straight away, and everything throughout the stay was seamless and professional. A special shout-out to Nanny and Ashlee their service was next level: friendly, attentive, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Stayed at the Pullman for two nights with 5 kids and two adults. Booked two rooms. The rooms are very spacious, Penny on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The pool was temporarily closed and they offered all guests to swim at MSAC and pay for all transportation costs. The Hotel manager came around at breakfast and let guests know the pool had reopened, very kind. Amazing breakfast that changed menu each day, waffles with Berrys and chocolate sauce were delicious, cheap parking downstairs, water stations throughout the hotel, nice lounge area in the foyer and staff so helpful. Great location, quick tram to St Kilda or the City. Beds are super comfortable, Bar and Cafe were awesome, they cater for all ages. Highly recommend the Pullman Albert Park, a very clean, friendly and well managed hotel. Thanks for the stay Pullman Albert Park!!

Comfortable 4 night stay at the Pullman Albert Park where we were staying to visit friends and family, so didn’t need a city centre location. The hotel has a decent bar with food options, and restaurant. There’s not much within quick walking distance of the hotel but Ubers were easy to obtain. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and housekeeping arranged non-allergenic bedding for us. I’d have to observe that furniture and doors in the room looked a bit worse for wear, decor a bit shabby and cleaning wasn’t up to scratch as dust was left in various places. We used the bar, and bar food twice, which was generally good if not much ambience. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Been Here for Whiskey Shows. For my first visit will definitely come back. Unfortunately the pool and spa were out of commission which was the only low point. Front office staff were excellent. Breakfast, bar and cafe were great.
