Pullman Melbourne Albert Park – A Memorable Stay Our stay at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking the beautiful Albert Park Lake, which is undoubtedly one of the best views the hotel has to offer. Waking up to the peaceful lake scenery and Melbourne skyline made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with modern amenities, comfortable rooms, and well-maintained common areas that provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff were professional and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the standout features of this property is its impressive conference and event facilities. The hotel boasts a large function hall capable of accommodating well over 1,000 guests, making it an ideal venue for major conferences, corporate events, and large gatherings. During our visit, we attended a church service led by Prophet Jerome Fernando of Glorious Church, and the venue was exceptionally well suited for hosting such a large congregation. The spacious layout, excellent acoustics, and professional event setup contributed to a seamless experience. Overall, Pullman Melbourne Albert Park offers a great combination of comfort, stunning views, quality facilities, and outstanding event spaces. Whether you're visiting for business, a conference, or a leisure stay, it is a hotel that delivers a memorable Melbourne experience.

Our stay was fabulous, the staff were very accommodating. We got to our beautiful room to find a fruit platter and a happy birthday card for my partner which we were very grateful for. The top level Lakeview room was unreal, very cosy, very clean. The buffet breakfast & cafe were great. Good little gym in there with decent equipment to have a good workout . The only thing I could critique is having to pay $70 parking for two nights, it would have been nice if the car park was included with the stay as the car park was pretty much empty anyway, or even just a bit cheaper would have been nice. Other than that, it was beautiful!

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is advertised as modern, but in reality it is quite run down and does not reflect what is shown online. Our arrival experience was particularly poor. Somehow, my name had been entered incorrectly in the system, with my first and last name reversed, and we were initially told that we didn’t have a booking. This created unnecessary stress after a long journey and felt extremely unprofessional. Staff were also unable to clearly explain the hotel’s offerings, which added to the disorganised experience. The room itself fell well below expectations — the TV was not a smart TV, there was no waterfall shower as advertised, and the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. Even basic functionality was an issue, with the basin only suitable for handwashing and the shower temperature constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. The shower setup was also impractical — my husband, who is 6ft tall, had to duck just to wash properly. The air conditioning was so bad that we had to leave the room as it was so hot. For a rate of over $1,200 per night, the overall experience felt very average and not at all aligned with the premium pricing. The only standout of our stay was the food. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent, and lunch at the bar was also very enjoyable. Overall, it was extremely disappointing, particularly given how misleading the advertising is compared to the actual condition of the hotel.

Their buffet brekky is excellent : good spread for Brunch. Rooms good size but nothing much to view outside for the room not facing the lake. Tea/coffee bags with milk provided complimentary. Also a bar with various payable drinks & snacks provided. Shampoos, hand soap, body soap are "all the same liquid" : Ridiculous. A bit far from the CBD. No shopping centres or foodcourts nearby. Only a good lake nearby to walk around.

We booked the Pullman Albert Park because it was close by to where my son lives. Very disapointing , we booked a premier king room with a view of the lake but we really couldnt see very much as we were looking at the pavilion opposite . The room was very basic , very dusty and the TV didnt work but thankfully this was rectified. There were no wine glasses or cutlery only 2 small coffee cups . Our room was not cleaned on the first day , dirty cups still there, on the 2nd day we arrived back in our room at around 3.45pm only to find it had not been cleaned. I went to reception and was advised they were short staffed and had a lot of rooms departing that day !! However this is not our problem and for a large hotel group this is really not good service. We also were shocked that they charge $38 per person for the buffet breakfast which is quite expensive . Overall our experience has shown we will not be returning to this hotel. I also found toenails on the floor which were never cleaned up
