Highly recommend this place. The location is great, plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance, easy access to bus, train, and tram, short transit ride to the city. (Also walkable to the city if you are a city walker.) The staff are amazing. Special shoutout to our favorite: Beth. She helped out immensely with storing our luggage, securing us early check in, providing helpful recommendations on places to go, great conversation in general. The room is great. Clean, comfortable, full amenities, great balcony. Should I return to Melbourne and need to book a stay, I would pick this place again.

I booked a number of rooms in Quest Collingwood for a family wedding well before the event. The number of rooms and guests' arrival and departure dates changed a lot but each time I contacted Quest the staff were very helpful and obliging. The rooms are very clean, well appointed and comfortable beds.The staff could not have been more accommodating to all of us. It's a great location- very close to everything but not too busy. Everything about this place is awesome! The rooms are clean and modern. The staff and cleaners are great hard working people. The location of the hotel makes it so easy to get anywhere in Melbourne! I highly recommend this Hotel.

Recently stayed at the Quest Collingwood during our time in Melbourne for the AO. The hotel staff were great, they contacted us in the run-up to our stay to explain the after-hours check-in process which made arriving late very straightforward. The hotel is modern and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. It’s about a 30 min walk down to the tennis or an easy taxi ride.

Clean. Neat. Cosy. The rooms were great and always decent and great connectivity with the WiFi and TV. Team at the front desk were great too. Friendly and attentive. Location was ok. No issues and pretty quiet side of the area.
