Highly recommend this place. The location is great, plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance, easy access to bus, train, and tram, short transit ride to the city. (Also walkable to the city if you are a city walker.) The staff are amazing. Special shoutout to our favorite: Beth. She helped out immensely with storing our luggage, securing us early check in, providing helpful recommendations on places to go, great conversation in general. The room is great. Clean, comfortable, full amenities, great balcony. Should I return to Melbourne and need to book a stay, I would pick this place again.

We recently stayed at Quest Collingwood for 4 nights and it was genuinely perfect. On-site parking, brilliant location, the design and fit-out is of an extremely high standard. The team were friendly, professional and always helpful. This was our first apartment stay as a family and now that we have experienced it, we wouldn't go back to a traditional hotel. It was so, so good. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and were blown away. The living area was spacious and perfect for our children. The TV was equipped with access to the different apps you need. The terrace allowed us to enjoy the warm evenings. The master bedroom was en-suite while there was a second bathroom too, perfect when there are 4 people. The kitchen facilities were extensive and we were able to cook as we would at home, while the washer and dryer was brilliant to keep us clean on a longer 3-week trip. This property nails all of the small details, it is thoughtful and convenient at every turn and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Well done to all!

Contrary to others, my experience was not as positive. The location was the most positive factor. I booked what was meant to be a studio apartment and paid premium price. There was a door to an adjoining room, so my supposition is that it is normally sold as an extra space /room for families and groups, and then marketed as a 'studio' when not needed. It would not have been such an issue except I could hear everything in the next room, including conversations. Add to that rumpled sheets, indicating the bed had not been freshly changed and grimy surfaces, and the experience became even more disappointing. The cleanliness rating was one of the reasons I chose Quest - against the advice of friends and family. I will take their (cheaper) recommended options next time.

I booked a number of rooms in Quest Collingwood for a family wedding well before the event. The number of rooms and guests' arrival and departure dates changed a lot but each time I contacted Quest the staff were very helpful and obliging. The rooms are very clean, well appointed and comfortable beds. The staff could not have been more accommodating to all of us. It's a great location- very close to everything but not too busy. Thank you

These are big rooms out very small apartments. My room had a kitchen area and small dining area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. Layout was neat and functional, the rooms are modern and clean, service is excellent and the location is convenient to Smith St- so restaurants, team, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. I wouldn't recommend this of you are primarily interested in the CBD, but Collingwood is an interesting area and the is plenty of life on Friday/Saturday. My room looked on to a blank wall next door so no view, but in the whole I didn't mind. Clean, functional, good service- no complaints.
