Featuring a modern industrial backdrop, the venue offers a versatile mix of seated dining areas, high tables, cocktail-style furniture and comfortable lounge spaces. Full venue hire includes access to our AV system and microphones, along with control of the playlist to help create the perfect atmosphere.
Whether you're hosting a corporate event, celebration or special occasion, the flexible layout can be tailored to your needs with space for additional furniture if required.
Partial Venue Hire
For bookings of up to 60 guests, enjoy a semi-private space perfect for a cocktail-style event, complete with high tables, communal grazing table and a fully-serviced bar.
Masterclass Room
In amongst the distillery workings, our board-style table seats up to 16 guests and is equipped with HDMI/VGA connectivity and teleconferencing hardware.

I took my husband here for the distillery tour as Starward is his favourite! We both thoroughly enjoyed the tour and tasting and stayed for a couple of Cocktails afterwards. Lovely products, gorgeous environment and entertaining tour guide. I'd definitely love to return. I was also very impressed that the chef does their best to use processing by-products from the distillery in the kitchen.

Fantastic Australian distillery in the heart of Port Melbourne. Large venue for parties, casual drinks and of course whisky tasting. Distillery on site with tours available. Staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They have extensive selection of award winning whisky, beers, wine and soft drink. Food is also available. Highly recommend for a casual drinks on a good summer's day. Will like to come back for a function some time.

Had a great time with the bucks package tour! Conlin was a great host and should definitely get a raise! A man very passionate about his job and whiskey. Great drinks and service. Would recommend for everyone interested in local whiskey

Great food and really helpful advice about what we like compared to what they have on offer. We had a few chats with the young Scottish guy working there and he’s incredibly knowledgeable. He came past a number of times to check if we were going okay and to see if he could help with drink or serve selections, which we really appreciated. The place runs well and he’s a great reflection of the business. Outstanding experience. 10/10 – would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the industry.

We did the new tour and whiskey tasting last night. Honestly was the best night out I’ve had in a while. Going back of house and seeing all the barrels and seeing some of the process of how it’s all distilled and the smells was incredible. Then we got to enjoy the food and to say the least it was phenomenal. Far exceeding my expectations. The staff were friendly and engaged in some fun banter with us. If they still offer the tour if definitely recommend getting there
