I took my husband here for the distillery tour as Starward is his favourite! We both thoroughly enjoyed the tour and tasting and stayed for a couple of Cocktails afterwards. Lovely products, gorgeous environment and entertaining tour guide. I'd definitely love to return. I was also very impressed that the chef does their best to use processing by-products from the distillery in the kitchen.

Fantastic Australian distillery in the heart of Port Melbourne. Large venue for parties, casual drinks and of course whisky tasting. Distillery on site with tours available. Staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They have extensive selection of award winning whisky, beers, wine and soft drink. Food is also available. Highly recommend for a casual drinks on a good summer's day. Will like to come back for a function some time.

Today we had the pleasure of visiting Starward Whisky Distillery in Port Melbourne and were thoroughly impressed. The guided tour offered a fascinating insight into the workings of a modern distillery, delivered by staff who were exceptionally knowledgeable and able to answer every question with ease. The ambience was outstanding—relaxed, stylish, and welcoming—creating the perfect environment to enjoy both the experience and the whisky itself. The food was excellent, complemented by first-class service throughout. We will certainly be returning and would highly recommend Starward to anyone with an appreciation for quality whisky and a premium distillery experience.

Absolutely stellar experience! The bar area is an absolutely lovely space to be. A surprise standout was the food! absolutely great quality, and really reasonably priced. Drinks were delicious, and service was impeccable, incredible staff. Really looking forward to my next visit!
