Tonight we went to the Bay Hotel and it was amazing. The service was on point and the steak and cocktails were so good. Kirsty our main waitress was so good and she even complimented us a glass of red and some free chips when there was a slight mix up with our order. We will be going back again soon for sure. 😊💕

Melbourne Cup Day 2025: Beautiful looking building on the outside, walk inside and it’s just as cool. Great staff and meals to be had here. Totally enjoyed my Chicken Parma with beautiful fine veggies as requested instead of salad and freshly served crunchy chips 😋

Tuesday Steak Day was incredible! The steak was absolutely amazing — I polished the plate! The staff were lovely and so welcoming, making the experience even better. Compliments to the chef for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend!

Great location and a really nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and service was good. Food and drinks were enjoyable and the place has a good vibe, especially if you want to relax and spend time with friends. The only reason for 4 stars is that service can be a little slow when it gets busy, but overall it was a good experience and I’d happily come back again.

The Bay Hotel has such a nice atmosphere led by its old vibe decor and friendly waitstaff. The food is of a high quality and everything we ordered tasty. Fish and chips were huge. Highly recommend Ps. The bathrooms have a Harry Potter vibe.
