To be honest, for the money I'll be staying at Ibis next time. The corridors smelt like talcum powder. The hand wash in our room made my hands smell like toilet cleaner. And the car park was tiny! At $36 per night as compared to $20 at Ibis, it's a no brainer. The staff were pleasant enough but both times I called Reception, no one answered. The phone sound was awful - I could barely hear when I did finally get through to room service. Facing Springvale Road it was very noisy and then loud music played downstairs until Midnight. Sorry but I won't return. The breakfast was really the only positive.

We arrived around 11 am and asked for early check in. We were tired having caught a 7 am flight and wanted to rest before attending a funeral at 2 pm. The staff member at reception very kindly went the extra mile and allowed us into our room. An hour earlier might not sound like a lot but it meant the world to us. So just want to say - Thank You!

We recently hosted our Diwali party at Novotel Glen Waverley, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The venue looked stunning, the atmosphere was full of energy, and the food was simply outstanding, all our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was. A special shout-out to Rebecca, the Events Manager, for going above and beyond to make the night perfect. She was an absolute delight to work with — patient, professional, and always one step ahead in ensuring every detail was just right. Her support made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free. The entire Novotel team was warm, attentive, and made sure everything ran seamlessly throughout the evening. Thank you for helping us create such a memorable celebration filled with dance, laughter, and the best festive vibes. We can’t wait to host another event here!

We recently hosted a Diwali party at the Novotel ballroom and our experience from start to the end was fantastic. The team at Novotel is super prompt in responding and very accommodating of our needs. Big thanks to Rebecca from the event management team for coordinating every detail with us and helping us make the party a success. Also, the chef needs a 5 star rating as well as the food was lip smacking food and every guest was blown away by the dishes. Big thanks to the whole team and we would love to host all our events at Novotel.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this hotel. The rooftop bar had breathtaking sunset views and the cocktails were spot on. Our room was cozy yet modern, and the soundproofing made for an excellent night’s sleep. Definitely worth every cent.
