I'm disappointed with Haag which are in Ross House. They are supposed to advocate and assist people with disabilities and aged care support. Sadly my brother homeless and would sit outside with his crate and cute little turtle toy which greeted everyone. People loved him. Until a woman from level 1 despised him because he said hi friend. What is wrong with being nice. She took it out of control and had him banned from any support. He's 74 and I'm taking action. When you work with vulnerable individuals you certainly don't take your problems to work with you. What concerns me is that he was having sudden hearing loss and extremely confused and she just didn't even ask if he was OK. What's the point of having advocacy when they choose who they want to advocate. Later the supervisor asked him to leave due to wheelchair block in. But at a time they even said there was no problem and welcoming. Claire a worker helped but suddenly started discriminated against him. Is this how Ross house wants to treat the elderly.

Our time here doing the workshop was wonderful, thank you very much, Ross House, for the service. The space was very cozy, clean, and pleasant. Thank you!

Spent the afternoon here a couple of weeks ago at a Saturday Japanese stitchery class. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. There is a decent elevator to the fourth floor where my class was held, and the whole premises looked clean and well maintained. Good toilets on each floor, and also kitchens for the classes at need. The north facing classroom we used had excellent lighting and space and could have easily held twice as many students (we had 12 plus the instructor). From the student perspective, I would recommend these facilities to anyone needing standard classroom accomodations in the CBD.

Good convenient place for Not For Profit organisations to meet and collaborate. Access and entry into the building is a little inconvenient but understandably so. Plenty of food and drink options around, if those meetings tip over

It's an old building that needs a lot of love, but then so do the not for profits that make Ross House home. If you're ever up for donating, look at Ross House to see what your heart is open for.
