We booked here as a transition stay between flights. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We used the shuttle from the airport and found it very easy. The return journey was via an Uber because the hotel had issues with the shuttle, but they paid for the Uber. Very well organised. It's a great place for a one night stay to refresh after or before a flight. The hotel's location is in an industrial retail area at the sandwiched between busy roads but there was no noise affecting the room.

I had a 2 night stay recently. I had an incident where someone entered the property and stole my clothes that were drying in my little courtyard. That was totally out of the control of the hotel, but Daniel the front desk manager, Kimbo the maintenance man went well over and above to make sure that I was completely taken care of, and the follow up emails to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome were much appreciated. Well done , I’ll definitely be back.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel on December 24, 2025, primarily for its advertised airport shuttle service and proximity to the terminal. Upon landing at 7:30 PM, I contacted the hotel to request the complimentary shuttle. The call was abruptly disconnected, and despite follow-up attempts, the shuttle did not arrive until 8:00 PM. Once onboard, the driver made an unexplained detour to the international terminal, extending what should have been a 10-minute journey to over an hour. By the time I arrived at the hotel, the on-site restaurant had closed for the evening, leaving no dining options available. When inquiring about shuttle availability for my morning departure, I was informed that all reasonable times were fully booked, with the only option being a 3:00 AM pickup. While the room itself was adequate, these operational shortcomings—particularly the unreliable shuttle service and lack of evening dining on a holiday—severely impacted the convenience I expected from an airport hotel. Greater attention to scheduling, communication, and guest needs during peak travel periods would greatly improve the experience. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at this hotel. The staff were helpful, pleasant and were doing the best they could with what is a very tired and seemingly neglected property. There are four blocks of units. I tried rooms in blocks 1 and 2 however they were not suitable with holes in the walls, peeling paint, dirty appliances, kettle and toaster, and scum build up all around the shower. I ended up in block 4 which was better. Positives are the staff's willingness to help, the restaurant food, the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. This would be a three star establishment at best and suitable for an overnight stay.

very budget feel to the hotel, considering the price. the rooms are not incredibly well-maintained and didn't feel so clean. pillows were too high, room was freezing, and the walls were very thin — we could hear people chatting downstairs till 4am. a bonus is the airport shuttle that operates free and 24/7.
