Exceptional hotel experience, makes Melbournes look old. Every Team Member here was impeccable with their service, matching the atmosphere of a high end adventure, people dressed to the nine’s walking through the venue every night of the week. Steak on the gaming floor @ $59 - not worth it, although the efforts there - makes dining @ Rockpool etc., the level you WANT to play at, but where to play @ the tables, or on the restaurant, I hope it’s not all a wild gamble. Team @ the bar and restaurant, so so accomodating, though not a gambler I needed their table for 40 mins to deal with something back home - they let me be, let me finish my beer and take an order nearly an hour after sitting. Amazing - thank you very much, I felt very comfortable, it made the experience of the meal that much better. Need to come back and have a weekend, and I wouldn’t do that @ Melbourne!
Great staycation. More kid friendly activities would be perfect but everything needed for a few nights away. Tiny fridge and no cutlery in room. They charge a delivery fee for cutlery and dont allow you to pick up. Beds are comfy and interconnecting rooms were great, but no way to keep door open between the two rooms. Plan to spend a few hundred dollars during your stay
Wonderful and an amazing experience. First class reception and treatment. Respectful and friendly staff and fabulous security. Beautiful enviroment, the Crown Tower lobby, a master piece. The tower overlooks the skyline of Perth city, giving you a magnificent view. The Sun Set Event was breathtaking, the vibe, the performances, music, the DJs and the people were all standout.
To be perfectly honest I was expecting a lot better for the price of the stay at $950 dollars for the night. It was meant to be my wife's birthday present. We got the king delux with the "experience" package. Arrival was good, the early check in system was a breeze and it meant skipping the queue, which was substantial. Then things went downhill. We arrived at our room which at a glance looked made up. The welcome chocolates had been opened and one eaten out of the box, someone's black hair was all over the bedding- god knows how they managed that. The pillow protectors were not zipped up and there were red stains on the sheer curtains. The coffee machine had the last visitors pod left in it and the bathroom was the same as the bed with black hair on the floor like someone had been head banging in there. The body lotions were opened and half used, the body wash in the shower was empty and the shower leaked through into the toilet area. The bath wasn't clean and smudges on the mirrors. It really made us feel uncomfortable with this much going wrong, I felt like the bed was just remade with the sheets not being changed, there were stains on the doona that looked like food stains but who knows. All in all really not impressed. It's a shame because I know my wife had been looking forward reward to the Crown Towers and it was a let down. I can't recommend it unfortunately, for close to a thousand dollars you could get 2-3 nights at the Metropol instead.
I’m not usually a big casino person, but I really enjoyed this one. Great bars, excellent food options, and the prices were surprisingly fair — no complaints from me. Had a brilliant time while visiting a friend from the UK. Security were on the ball too, handling any overly lively guests really professionally. Definitely worth a visit.
