We really enjoyed our stay here with the family. The pool was heated and the kids enjoyed a swim. Plenty of options for places to eat close by. The area is a little bit edgy but we had no issues. Staff and service were great. We are waiting for a connecting flight, and staff organised a later checkout which was much appreciated.

Had a really lovely overnight stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic if you’re chasing the business of Northbridge and all that it has to offer - good, drink, ambiance, accessibility. Didn’t find it noisy or unsafe at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We also used the pool - was freezing but a nice space!

Excellent service, rooms comfortable, big, clean. Location is good in terms of nearby restaurants, cafes, offices. BUT immediate surroundings - some not too family-friendly hangouts :) But hotel itself is great. Louis was excellent at check in. I stayed here after having an ultra long flight from London. I was a little worried reading some reviews that the sound proofing wasn’t great but in my case I had no issues. As soon as I arrived, the reception manager Vajira greeted me, made me feel welcome here and was very helpful with very enquiry I had. He also gave me a quiet room on a high floor. Breakfast was great too! Thank you everyone :))

i asked for a duvet at 1915. asked again at 2100. called at 2215 to say forget it. i do not want it anymore. do not disturb me cos im going to bed. front desk was polite and expressed surprise but reality is that 3hr has gone by and nada. update: at breakfast, brekkie staff performed service recovery by offering us free coffee. front desk at check in the day before was exceptionally thoughtful. bumped up 1 star 2nd update: front desk surprised us at checkout by giving us a discount on our stay for the "duvet incident". service recovery complete. bumped up one more star.
