I recently stayed here for my daughter’s 12th Birthday, the hotel was great and I experienced exceptional service. We arrived early and we were lucky enough to be checked in early, they surprised us with a sweet treat for my daughter’s birthday. The pool was great and the drinks at the pool were good too I had the pina-colada! They gave us cookies on arrival too. The room was nice and clean and we had a great water view, room 331. I would definitely stay here again!

Hit and Miss for the Hilton. It’s not terrible at all, but it definitely isn’t a top hotel experience. But it’s 50% of the cost of its neighbour, the Ritz Carlton so perhaps to be expected. We had a room on the 13th floor with river views. A lot of the view is the water reaching out to South Perth. But still attractive. Desk service was good and check in was easy even though it was busy. It became a bit rubbish when the pipes in the ceiling starting thumping. And the water from the toilet upstairs was flushed, sending torrential rain vibes down the pipes. Basically don’t change the AC temp from a freezing 19 degrees for fear of upsetting the entire system. Breakfast was interesting. The cold selection was good, the hot a little tired as is the way at a buffet cart. This was probably the but where it felt like a cheap hotel, every table full and guests taking tables that were already occupied by people up getting their breakfasts. All in all, it’s a good location with a mid budget reliability to it, just lacking the discernment from a more premium brand. But the hack is; stay here and dine at the Ritz songbird bar where the food is excellent and the cosmopolitan’s are to die for. You’ll get the premium service, care and product that can need with a 1 minute walk back to your Hilton bed.

I would just like to say what a nice hotel this is and the views are amazing from the rooftop bar including the pool area! Me & my partner shared our anniversary here on Friday and it was a lovely stay! It’s a shame though that I cannot rate the service at this hotel. My partner who had booked the room for us for the night which everything was under his name, he had received an email the next following day from DoubleTree management team stating that there was a stain left on the room carpet which the room number we were staying in was 422 on the 4th floor. They are trying to throw accusations at me and my partner for the cause of the stain and charging $200 for the repair clean which we will not be paying for someone else’s damage that we had nothing to do with. First off that stain was already there when we had arrived around 4:40pm for check in and we were decorating the room together to celebrate as soon as we got into the room which we have photos of proof after about 1 hour and a few minutes later of the completed set up with the stain included in the images around 5:50pm. The stain was completely dried up like it has already been dissolved into the carpet for a few days maybe even weeks. So the stain clearly shows that it wasn’t done in the span of one hour as it would still show a bit of wetness. We didn’t bring any food or drinks or anything that was the color of the stain being a yellowish/orange color except for drinks that were clear and pink. I understand that maybe we could have reported the stain, however in our minds we thought that the hotel was already aware of it and that previous cleaners saw it and reported it already. Overall me and my partner did enjoy the room the pool and the late night dinner that we had ordered up to our room! Just keep in mind if this ever happens to you make sure you have some sort of proof and timeframe images if there’s a reported damage from the room that was not done by you! I have also displayed images and our lovely set up 😊

Best hotel ever! We stayed for 2 nights over the long weekend for the sky show and will absolutely be back. The staff, rooms and service are all excellent. The breakfast crew Trung, Bridgett, Isabelle, Nhi and Miya did the most FANTASTIC job on Monday morning with a full house and a queue waiting out the door. Well done to the team for getting us in to eat in a timely manner, for the clean up of the tables quickly, for keeping the food flowing, which by the way was yummy and for the constant smiling and happiness and kudos to the front staff team also great getting us in and out quickly with a smile on their faces. Then lastly the view, what can one say, calming, glorious and relaxing not only from the pool area but the roof top bar, well done to all and we WILL be back :)

Enjoyed our recent stay very much. Cookies on arrival were delicious, the free bottles of water in the room were much appreciated. The staff here are absolutely lovely. I came with my daughter and everything just went so smoothly. The variety of breakfast foods were incredible and well prepared. We will definitely return. Thank you :)
