Very nice rooms, clean tidy, only issue i had was carlot parking across rhe road which had a bad rating. I ended up parking my car (showroom condition) at a B&B. Breakfast was included which was pleasant and service was great. Price for the stay was the cheapest in the city especially for the location and a 4star hotel. I highly recommend if you don't mind parking your car away from the hotel good quality for the price

DoubleTree is perfectly situated right at the CBD & just beside the river. Great for early or night walks beside the river esplanade. We were booked here for fine six days & couldn't get any better except in our first day there was the unfortunate flooding right infront of the hotel due to the storm surge brought by the heavy rains. It was disappointing but no one has to blame for it happened as nature took it's course as explained by the hotel staff it was also their first time to experienced such mess however floodwaters subsided within the day & everything else flows normally. Nevertheless our stay here was nothing but with great ease & comfort. Big shoutout to Ms Jenny & Mr James at the front desk for handling our requests flawlessly & Ms Armie at the housekeeping for being so helpful.

This one has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Double Tree property. I also think this hotel’s building is very nice and its location couldn’t be better. Right next to the river. The views from my room was great and the one fr the rooftop is incredible, particularly during sunset time. The housekeeping team was great and were there every day consistently to make sure I’d come back to a clean room every day during my stay. The restaurant is great during breakfast and the crew is very attentive. Dinner was also delicious and it came out quickly. The kitchen and servers/waiters work hard and consistently. Kudos to people like Leon and others that make a great effort to ensure guests here have a great stay.

My recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront was, quite simply, outstanding in every possible way. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the hotel delivered a level of hospitality, professionalism and warmth that genuinely exceeded expectations. This property absolutely “knocked it out of the park” on every level and firmly established itself as the place to stay in Perth. The first thing that strikes you is the spectacular location. Positioned directly on the Swan River, the hotel offers uninterrupted panoramic views that are breathtaking at every hour of the day. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing in the room, or having cocktails at sunset, the outlook is constantly captivating. The hotel itself still feels beautifully new, modern and vibrant, with stylish interiors and an energetic atmosphere throughout. The front office team deserves enormous recognition, led by the incredible James Fairbrother. I had the pleasure of working with James extensively in the lead up to our arrival and his attention to detail, proactive communication, leadership, empathy and genuine care were absolutely sensational. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every interaction reflected true hospitality at its finest. It was also wonderful to see Amy again following her maternity leave — warm, engaging and as fantastic as ever — while Fabrice checked us in with professionalism, efficiency and a genuine smile, topped off perfectly with the famous warm DoubleTree cookie. Our room was exceptional and I would strongly recommend upgrading to a river-facing room because the views are absolutely worth it. Looking out across the Swan River from sunrise through to the evening lights of Perth was mesmerising. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the rooms beautifully designed and the overall sense of calm and luxury made it very difficult to leave. A particular highlight was 18 Knots Rooftop Bar on the 18th floor. The 360-degree views are among the best in Perth and the combination of indoor and outdoor seating makes it perfect regardless of the weather. Watching the sunset over the Swan River from the rooftop with a cocktail in hand was unforgettable. The drinks list is excellent, with fantastic cocktails, a strong wine selection and an impressive range of gins. The food menu is equally enjoyable — the chicken satays and mini burgers were particular favourites and perfect for sharing while soaking in the atmosphere. Breakfast each morning at Reel Kitchen on Level 2 was another standout experience. The buffet breakfast was extensive, fresh and beautifully presented, again complemented by those stunning river views stretching down the Swan. There really is not a bad table in the venue. One of the true highlights of our stay was hosting a dinner for 26 guests at Reel Kitchen. Uman was exceptional in helping tailor the menu to perfectly suit our group and dietary requirements, and weeks later people are still talking about the food and experience. We were genuinely spoilt in every way. Service throughout the evening was flawless, with wonderful warmth and attentiveness from Grace, Ghislain, Joyce, Parth and the entire team. It was also such a pleasure to meet Chef Chinmay, whose passion and talent clearly came through in every dish served. What makes DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront so special is that it succeeds on every level simultaneously — spectacular location, luxurious comfort, genuinely outstanding food and beverage offerings, and above all, a team of people who truly care about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The location and service are amazing and the views are second to none of you have a riverside room - the rooms are also great. The roof top bar is brilliant and the pool and gym are great. That said, the main reason for a 3 rating is the noise - the main thing I want out of any hotel is a quiet night. I could hear every footstep from the room above and the noise from the pub below bled through the window like a sieve, and we were high up
