Food is overpriced and pretty average but service is great. Best to book table as gets very busy. Good playground and enjoyable for family with children. Lots of family friendly events and community spirit. Could benefit from a menu update.

So good for families with kids. Love that they gave us some bubbles for our little girl when we arrived such a small thing but kept her busy for ages. Foods good. Drinks were great and so reasonably priced.

We recently held my wife’s 40th birthday lunch at the Coomera Lodge Hotel, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. Despite the venue being really busy, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our food and drinks were brought out really quickly, and everyone raved about how great their meals and the entertainment were. The team even went out of their way to help prepare and bring out the birthday cake! They made the whole event completely stress-free. It was such a hit that many of our guests are already planning to come back in the next couple of weeks. Highly recommend!

I’ve visited here before and always had a really good experience, which is why I chose to come back today for a catch-up with my sister. Unfortunately, this visit changed my impression a bit. When we arrived, I had a booking, but we were greeted by a staff member who asked for ID, which caught me off guard as I’ve never been asked for it here before. He then explained before entering that we needed to stay seated and order and not walk around, the way it was communicated felt more like a lecture than a welcome. It left us feeling uncomfortable and like we were a problem for being there. The food itself was still great, but the atmosphere didn’t feel as relaxed or inviting as it has in the past. Because of how we felt, we ended up asking for takeaway boxes shortly after our food arrived and left to enjoy it elsewhere.

I come here often, and enjoy myself each time. Hence the 4 stars. Unfortunately, this time round I ordered a chicken parmi and added on onions for an extra $8…. I received 4 onion rings with my parmi. Later in the same evening I saw a bowl being delivered to another table overflowing with onion rings. I’m talking 15+. My stomach rumbled. Turns out if you pay $10 for a separate bowl of onion rings you get a decent feed. Spend $8 on an addition to a parmi (or perhaps any meal), and you get 4. Thats $2 per onion ring brother. No good. So yeah, I’m a bit upset and feel betrayed. I spend a lot of dosh here at this enjoyable place, so expect a bit better in return. Free schooner on my next visit please?
