From the second you walk in they overcharge for everything. Parking your car down the street at $15 per day because even though they built the hotel from the ground up they decided not to make enough room for guests. If you do get your car in there, the hotel charges you an additional $20 per day. To park at the hotel you just overpaid for. They charge for room service unless you’d like to go pick it up yourself and the food is awful. The breakfast is awful (I was warned by many other patrons) and they charge $20 for that too. Reception is inside an actual bar. They work surrounded by liquor bottles and you compete with bar patrons to reach reception. And yes, overpriced terrible drinks. Facilities are ok but I will never stay again as I don’t want to get nickel and dimed over an already WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT IS hotel. 0/10

I stayed here for three nights. The room was very clean and comfortable, and since the hotel is relatively new, everything felt fresh and quiet at night—I had a great sleep. However, the bathroom was a bit disappointing. The shower and toilet looked quite cheap, as if the hotel was trying to cut costs. The glass panel in the shower is see-through, which makes it awkward if you’re sharing the room with someone—fine for solo travelers, but not ideal otherwise. Breakfast was okay, with only a few options, but since it’s free, I can’t really complain. The location is very convenient, right in the centre and about 15 minutes from the airport. There’s also a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around. Dining options nearby are somewhat limited, but you can always order Uber Eats. The rooftop pool is small, but it’s still a nice bonus. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean and updated but that’s where it stops. It is not worth the price you pay. The hotel does not have its own parking garage, they use a public parking garage which you will pay for on top of your stay.I rung at 9am to have a cot organised to be in the room for our infant, the lady notified me it was put onto our room as a priority. But she was more concerned about signing us up to their rewards program then my inquiry. I then rung again at 2pm the same day to confirm the cot had been put in the room and if we could check in early. Once again a new operator was more concerned about signing me up than helping me. She then transferred me through to a deadline. We decided to just go to the hotel early to see if we could check in. Upon check in there was nothing noted in my booking about a cot and we were lucky there was one still available. 1.5 hours after check in there was still no cot in the room so I called down to reception. The receptionist had no idea what a Portacot was and that the housekeeping staff don’t start until 4pm. The lovely house keeper arrived at 5pm and apologised saying she had just been notified of a cot being put in our room…. The cot should have already been put in our room prior to our arrival and it was poor management all around. The restaurant was closed when we went down for dinner, the tv was a nightmare to get working, one side of the bed had what felt like a plastic sheet under the top sheet which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep on and the worlds worst instant coffee. I would not recommend a stay here considering it is so new things should be a lot better.

Enjoyed the two night stay. The only real disappointment was the evening meals. They really aren't running a proper restaurant service. Very limited choice and the meals are effectively room service standard. Redeemed in part by a good breakfast service.

Quite nicely done inside and some refurbishment to the bar is underwater. The rooms, though not overly large are clean, new and very nice. Plenty of power points and lighting options. One of the few places where they actually light over/ around the mirror so that you can see to shave properly! Construction going on around so you will not get a quiet lay in. Limited parking so you may have to use the adjacent car park at ,$15 per night. They offer food which is OK, Pepperoni pizza was actually quite good, there are a few options to eat on the main drag but it is a bit of a tired part of town. Breakfast is included and was OK on the occasion that I tried it, the coffee from the machines tho- I could not get on with so made my own with coffee bags in the rooms. Not provided by the hotel but if they read this, they may want to consider providing some. Rooms are serviced daily which is unusual now and a nice touch.
