Total Gem….was not expecting to like this place as much as I did. Upon entering, this wonderful smell floats around the foyer, the staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, not big but not overly small either. We are a family of 4 and it was comfortable. The shower room was cool, the kids (and I) loved it. The pool was a lovely temperature and the kids had the best time. The pool bar was great and the staff lovely. Oh and did I mention FREE breakfast….I will absolutely be staying here again when in the area.

The hotel was located near the centre of the city. The area was quite quiet at night. Breakfast was included and the choice was very basic with just one or two alternations in the buffet menu. Freshly brewed coffee was offered free of charge. I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the room design very much. It was quite modern and user oriented. The window blind was excellent, blocking all the light for a better sleep. TV was large enough, but watching YouTube was not available. Toothbrush and other daily necessities were offered at the front desk upon request. Shower area was sizable. Carpark was limited at a charge and needed to use the room card at the entrance. There was a carpark complex opposite to the hotel, with plenty of lots at a cheaper rate. Front desk service was 24 hours a day. The hotel offered light meals and drinks. There were restaurants and fast food shops nearby. Driving to attractions was convenient.

Clean, affordable and nice brekky buffet. The location is handy to shops but not by the water. The price reflects this but don't expect it to be on the water. We were on the 4th floor overlooking a construction site, so there was noise from very early (6am).

We had a truly delightful stay at this beautifully appointed hotel, which combines tasteful interior design with a light-filled, welcoming lobby that sets the tone from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their professionalism, generosity with their time, and consistently helpful attitude greatly enhanced our overall experience. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The breakfast offering was another highlight—extensive in variety and of high quality, catering to a wide range of tastes. We were thoroughly impressed by both the facilities and the outstanding level of service, and we will most certainly return on our next visit.

Great experience for my family. We had travelled for about 24 to get back home to Australia from abroad. We arrived very early and could not check in, but they allowed us into the pool area where we could shower and rest if needed. The room was basic but clean and perfect for our needs. The location is just down the street from a wonderful shopping centre. Highly recommend.
