Mantra Mooloolaba Beach is a prestigious presence within the trendy oceanfront Mooloolaba Esplanade. The relaxing Sunshine Coast is an ocean enthusiasts haven with surfing, kayaking, jet skiing and swimming right at your door step. Mantra Mooloolaba Beach is the perfect destination for all conference needs, catering for a variety of events accommodating up to 250 delegates. Conference facilities include the Mantra Room which offers the flexibility to be used as 3 smaller rooms, and the fully equipped private Executive Boardroom, seating a maximum of 12 delegates. A beautifully landscaped upper level viewing deck allows for a range of break out activities and offers a spectacular ocean back drop.

Mantra Room
The Mantra Room, located on the ground level, is directly accessible from the foyer. The Mantra Room can be configured into two or three individual function rooms (Pacific, Coral and Harbour Rooms) should a smaller room or additional breakout be required. Each room has separate lighting and air conditioning controls which can be adjusted to suit your individual comfort level.
Executive Boardroom
Located on the mezzanine level, the Boardroom features natural lighting, private bathroom facilities and a Nespresso machine.
Coral and Harbour Rooms
Two thirds of the Mantra Room, with natural daylight and exclusive courtyard access.
Pacific and Coral Rooms
Harbour Room
Located at the end of the Mantra Room, the Harbour Room has direct access to the outdoor courtyard, providing ample natural lighting.
Pacific Room
One third of the Mantra Room, located closest to the foyer.

After reading the reviews here, my expectations were a little lower. However this place everything it says on the tin. Yes, its a bit dated and I probably wouldnt expect to be happy for a extended holiday but for a few nights its perfect. Clean, all the amenities/facilities, proximity to the espy, the beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked. I had a ocean view room and yes I would stay again.

We arrived earlier than check in time and while our room wasn't ready, we were given a day pass to enable us to park our car and go explore the hotel facilities while we waited. On arrival at our 2 bedroom apartment, we were met with a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds below. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Both bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoos, conditioner, body wash and lotions. Plenty of towels provided, including ones for the pool. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of spare pillows and blankets in the cupboards. We will absolutely be returning again soon!

Our 1 bed partially ocean and partially city view apartment had everything we needed. It was a high rise with so much view. The location is perfect as there are restaurants, bars, and Coles right downstairs. The ocean is beautiful here. It was great having the option of swimming at the beach, in the outdoor pool or the indoor pool. The spa bath was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. It was a wonderfull holiday. The most important thing was the service. This location has wonderful staff -- really amazing. They are so fast to solve any issues -- so if any issues happen they disappear through efficiency, efficacy of the staff and their kindness. Thank You so much for your service.

Stayed at the Mantra for seven consecutive nights. Lovely room (ninth floor) with views to the sea and surrounding area. No noisy lifts! Carpark below. Staff on Reception (24 hr) very obliging, nothing a problem. (If staying here for a few days, you ask reception for clean towels, t. rolls, washing powder etc, as the rooms are not serviced daily). Cafes, restaurants, shops, just outside the door of the Mantra. Coles Supermarket next door. 'The Surf Club' restaurant/bar about 10 mins walk, great meal. Walk along the boulevard for more views. Mooloolaba Wharf, 5-10 mins away, more great eateries, ferries, whale watching. Aquarium located here too.
