Mantra Mooloolaba Beach is a prestigious presence within the trendy oceanfront Mooloolaba Esplanade. Situated on the esplanade, Mantra Mooloolaba Beach is directly opposite the beach and surrounded by restaurants, open air cafes and a variety of retail outlets with an adjoining shopping complex including a supermarket. The relaxing Sunshine Coast is an ocean enthusiasts haven with surfing, kayaking, jet skiing and swimming right at your door step. Mantra Mooloolaba Beach is the perfect destination for all conference needs, catering for a variety of events accommodating up to 250 delegates. Conference facilities include the Mantra Room which offers the flexibility to be used as 3 smaller rooms, and the fully equipped private Executive Boardroom, seating a maximum of 12 delegates. A beautifully landscaped upper level viewing deck allows for a range of break out activities and offers a spectacular ocean back drop.

Mantra Room
The Mantra Room, located on the ground level, is directly accessible from the foyer. The Mantra Room can be configured into two or three individual function rooms (Pacific, Coral and Harbour Rooms) should a smaller room or additional breakout be required. Each room has separate lighting and air conditioning controls which can be adjusted to suit your individual comfort level.
Executive Boardroom
Located on the mezzanine level, the Boardroom features natural lighting, private bathroom facilities and a Nespresso machine.
Coral and Harbour Rooms
Two thirds of the Mantra Room, with natural daylight and exclusive courtyard access.
Pacific and Coral Rooms
Harbour Room
Located at the end of the Mantra Room, the Harbour Room has direct access to the outdoor courtyard, providing ample natural lighting.
Pacific Room
One third of the Mantra Room, located closest to the foyer.

Stayed in 1 Brm on 11 floor. Very clean room & comfortable bed & wonderful view. Staff were friendly & helpful. Secure parking & great outdoor pool with plenty of shade & loungers. bonus 2 spas. Also indoor heated pool (did not use this time) Great location to shops & food & beach etc. We had a step in spa/bath/shower & had to walk around to it from the bedroom. This would have been an issue for an elderly person. Otherwise highly recommend.

Our 1 bed ocean view apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect as there are restaurants, bars, and Coles right downstairs. The ocean is beautiful here. It was great having the option of swimming at the beach, in the outdoor pool or the indoor pool. The spa bath was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Our week went by so slowly, it was the perfect getaway.

Loved that all the food and shopping was right outside of our hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. All the restaurants and shopping you could hope for are in close proximity. The rooms had a great spot for me to take care of my business tasks and also an area in the lobby for use of the printer/scanner. I enjoyed some relaxing time in the pool and the spa. Will def book here next time.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is excellent for those who want to go to the beach and have easy access to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything is just a few meters away. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms we've stayed in, when not directly facing the sea, have at least a side view. Traffic isn't a bother. The two outdoor and indoor pools are a great alternative to the beach when the weather isn't suitable. The gym also has all the necessary equipment for an effective workout. BBQ is available on first floor, with a nice garden and on the rooftop. Great solution to cook and eat at the open air. The underground parking is easily accessible directly by elevator. It's definitely an excellent option for us, as we'll be returning to Mooloolaba regularly.

Overall, a wonderful experience! I’d highly recommend this hotel, and I’m confident I will be back in no time. The location is second-to-none. Importantly, the service was impeccable. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout-out to Amanda and Lauren for ensuring our stay was perfect. I look forward to coming back!
