As someone working in the real estate industry, I know how hard it can be to find genuinely high-quality people in the QLD rental space. A big shout-out to Belinda and her carefully curated team at Mercer & Cooper for their effectiveness and promptness across the board. My property manager, Cyan, has been our first point of contact and consistently responsive — even after hours when a major water leak hit our unit late on a Friday night. Once the emergency was stabilised, Belinda stepped in with her expertise to coordinate directly with body corporate — who were initially somewhat uncooperative, reflecting how body corporates can sometimes overlook the lived experience of residents — and ensured our concerns weren’t dismissed. Beyond this major issue, the team has always been respectful of our space and present when needed. Routine inspections have been on time, carried out unobtrusively, and scheduled in a way that worked with our circumstances. For prospective tenants and, more importantly, owners, I can confidently say this is a property management team that delivers genuine care, clear communication, and a level of professionalism that is rare to find.
